They always get my order wrong here. the first instance is when I asked for a double char they came out with a single char. The second instance I strongly asked for wheat bread but when I got home and open up the burger it was white bread. I believe my cashier was damien. I’m very disappointing in this place.

I always assumed this place was going to be «EH» judging from the outside but some friends made me meet them here not by choice and to my surprise, this place is hella bomb. I had the tri-tip sandwich and you should too because i’m still thinking about it: O

This is not the Habit you are used to. Went here last week and got a chicken sandwich. I have never had anything bad at any Habit before. They took a precooked chicken breast out of a pan sitting above the grill and flipped it once on the grill and served it to me. It was tough and dry and tasted bad. They threw a feesh chicken breast on the grillat the same time, for the next guy i guess. This place has a crew that is very different than any Habit I have ever been to, not good. It must be due to the proximity to the college but i think its always the manager.

I came here for lunch today and usually order the same thing each time: a grilled chicken sandwich and regular fries. It was pretty good. The chicken towards the middle was a little plasticy for a few bites but I think that’s just how chicken can be at times. The overall service was good. One of the workers offered to clean up my tray after I was done which I thought was pretty nice. Good music was played the entire time I was there. Overall clean atmosphere.

Habit burger had a promotion online where u can get a free char burger with cheese, so I came back here again after school. This time I also got a BBQ bacon burger with avocado. It just tasted so delicious. The crunchy texture of bacon goes so well with the softness of avocado. I love avocado, so I really love that they added a lot of it in my burger. Overall, I still love their Santa Barbara style the most. Would definitely come back.

PARKING Right across the university — ample amount of spots in the parking lot. Don’t try to park here for the university though, there are people that go around marking your tires or a security guy lurking nearby. INTERIOR/EXTERIOR To be expected — always packed during meal hours. Enter through the front door and you’ll land right in front of the menu if you are ready to order. Several tables inside and there are outdoor tables as well. The only con to this place is that it can get so loud and packed that it is almost uncomfortable. But its right across a university, so what do you expect? MENU Just like the other restaurants, they have burgers to salads to onion rings, french fries, and sweet potato fries. Ice cream cones are only a dollar so drop by on a hot day or swing by for a quick lunch. SERVICE Nice and friendly workers! They don’t make you wait long at all.

This place is really good. Very small and not a whole lot of seating, but it’s not a big deal. If it’s busy we’ll just order to go and eat in the car. The french fries are awesome as well!

Came for lunch on a Sunday and the line was out the door! The line moved fairly quickly, and realized that the line was out the door because there isn’t much space between the cash register and the door. My sister and I got charburgers with cheese and my mom got a mushroom burger, we shared onion rings, sweet potato fries, and a large Caesar salad. The burgers are made to order and they come with mayo, carmelized onions, tomatoes, pickles, and lettuce. The cashier will ask if all are okay with your burger, which I think is really nice! They’re grilled on an open fire and it’s still really juicy! The burger is also a good size. It’s simple and delicious! The sides were also good too. They give a good amount and the two fried items were crisp and we enjoyed them. The salad was also good, but there was way too much dressing, our lettuce was pretty much drenched in it. Definitely asking for the dressing on the side next time. The restaurant itself is pretty big, lots of inside and outside seating! The outside seating is open with the other restaurants there. Good place to grab some quick food!

The Habit has a gem of a location across the street from the business college. This is a quick, late night dinner before I go into a night class. It smells as good as it tastes too, ask all the peeps in Mihaylo’s hallways. I always go for the double chat with cheese. It’s oozing out of the sides and the ingredients always seem really fresh. But my favorite part is the fries. They’re somewhere in between skinny fries and really think wedge cut… either way they and ketchup make a great combo. Only knock on this place(as a college student bringing in less money than a 10 yr old running garage sales twice a month) is that it’s expensive for a burger and fries. The quality counts for something though Great place. Check it out if you haven’t already.

Very good location, but hard to access during traffic peak hours. It’s convenient by foot for CSUF students/staff. Be careful during their busy times, because orders take longer, but at least you know it’s made fresh. They offer online and order-by-phone, but you do have to provide a credit card to pay for it in advance. I’ve had their Tri-tip sandwich, burger, albacore tuna sandwich. Today I had their albacore tune, but it was overcooked. My first bite was okay until I savored the dry, crumbling fish filet. They even advertise their sushi grade filet is cooked medium, unless it’s requested to be cooked differently. The customer service is acceptable. The employees keep busy and handle the rush quite nicely.

When I came in, the price looks like in n out price, but just realized it doesn’t include cheese. Just a note there. I love the Habit. I came here when I want to add egg on my burger at home since I don’t do that to in n out. I usually get the charburger with cheese. The bun is on the«crunchy» side and the beef is juicy. The downside of this place though, I usually call for a pick up, but they require a credit card on the phone. It takes time to get my credit card and stuff, also some people are not comfortable stating their credit card number on the phone. I guess it’s for security, but sigh, it’s a burger and onion rings.

The food is good, but service is slow… People that ordered after me got their food. I had to go up to the counter with my «beeper», the guy looked at the computer, pressed a few buttons, and said your order is coming up. then my beeper started flashing. LOL… he manually made the beeper flash!!! I didn’t order anything unusual, just a kid’s meal and a Char cheeseburger meal…

The moment you walk into this place you are greeted with a sincere«hello.» I want to give one gentleman in particular two thumbs for his excellent customer service and always has a smile on his face. I believe his name is Damion. The chicken sandwich on sour dough, with grilled onions is delicious. Add a side of yummy sweet potato fries. A meal I can literally have all the time. The only thing I am no fan of, is the gnarly line but it’s expected at a great joint like this.

Fresh burgers and unbeatable prices :) My favorites are the Charburger and Santa Barbara. I always order it with mushroom because it adds extra flavor! The meat always comes out juicy and delicious. So much better than In-and-Out. PLUS, they’ve got soft serve ice cream and sundaes. Can’t beat that! The only thing that I haven’t liked so far was the Santa Barbara something salad. Maybe next time I’ll order it with ranch instead of the dressing they had on there! Service is quick and they maintain a clean environment. I would recommend to come here before 12pm and after 2pm. It can get pretty packed with hangryy students and workers.

You know, when you really look underneath the delightful tastes of their drop-dead-good burgers, you’ll realize that the secret ingredient to their amazing-ness is some good ol’-fashioned racism. Yeah, I said it, racism. Now hear me out. I’m not saying it’s a bad thing(well actually racism is always a bad thing), but I’m sure the Fullerton and CSUF locals can compare the business’ hiring practices to another popular local joint: The Hat(world famous for their pastrami, burgers, and Latino oppression). Have you ever noticed that the moment you walk in these places, the smiling faces that greet you are predominately Latinos? Ha! Listen. I personally don’t care about any of this. When I bite into their famous double ‘char-burger’ with cheese, my tastebuds cry out with an «Oh GAWD this SOOGUUUU!!!». The flavor, texture, and aroma nearly kills me at every mouthful. How is it that a burger chain from out of the blue can make burgers as good(or maybe even better) as In-n-Out’s holy grail of the Double-Double? Well my friend, look down at that grease dripping from that juicy slab of ground beef. What you’re looking at is not some saturated organic free-range bovine goodness, but the sweat and tears of every Latino employee in the place. I’ve literally felt my arteries skip beats after every bite — further reducing my life’s total expectancy. But you know what? It was totally worth it. The Habit, you may have solved the riddle in surpassing In-n-Out’s reign of supremacy in the burger kingdom. Whatever anyone says, you keep doing what you’re doing. Jokes aside, I cannot recommend this place enough — even when there are some questionable hiring ethics. ;)

Been coming here a lot recently because it is across CSUF! Go TITANS! First off, the food is so fresh and the prices are unbeatable. Quality burgers priced like fast food! My favorite is the pineapple char. Its less than 4 $ and its topped with a nice thick grilled pineapple. They also add some Hawaiian style sauce and with the grilled onions…*drool*. I usually order it without lettuce and pickle because it doesn’t go well in my opinion. What makes this place 4 and not 5 is the attitude I witnessed from the manager. A man came back after receiving his food To-go, and tells the manager he didn’t receive fries. She tells him(unapologetically) and with attitude, that he did not get charged for fries therefore he didn’t get any. As if he was trying to cheat them for free fries. He then shows her nicely that he did indeed get charged. She then unapologetically gives him fries and sends him on his way. She did not handle the situation correctly. Overall besides that one incident, this place is amazing.

I always debate whether or not a review is quite worth it for places that are chain establishments because you should expect the food to be replicated across the board, but here’s what makes this place review-worthy. The people here are just nice, that’s the plain and simple. The service is consistent and they just do a good job at what they do. I always have a hard time placing myself in their circumstances, with the constant rush and run, but they’re always just nice and professional. The food is good, as it typically is. The burgers are fresh, and tasty. Beyond that, you really can’t beat the prices! Not sure what to get? Just a charburger with fries! Plain and simple, get it with grilled onions for the full experience, and check out their bar of spiciness! Not a burger fan? They’ve got salads with chicken or not, patty melts and more!

Pretty decent for a fast food place and it beats the Carl’s Jr on campus. Bit more expensive than ordinary fast food but the burgers are usually ok. The fries aren’t as great compared to competitors.

After working on a group project, my friends and I decided to across the street and grab lunch here. I opted for a tri tip sandwich as suggested by one of my friends, as my boyfriend mentioned before that their burgers aren’t all that great(lol). The tri tip sandwich was messy(especially with all the BBQ sauce!) but I definitely enjoyed it. I would definitely come back to get the tri tip sandwich again. Other than that, the restaurant is pretty new and clean, and service is friendly and quick. Prices are a little high for a casual place. Overall, my experience was good and I would come back again whenever I am in the area.
