Wowshopper Aiya

I ordered a globe (in stock) almost three weeks ago. After two weeks of no product, no shipping notification, or any communication, I called. The guy answering the phone couldn’t find if it had shipped or not. Had to «do some research on that» and would call me back. That didn’t happen so I called back three days later. Another employee told me the globe was shipped 6 days earlier. However, she could not give me a tracking number. Needed to get that from the shipping department where there was ‘nobody present at the moment’. This was the second time I heard that excuse even though it was in the middle of their working day. Two more days go by and still no phone call about a tracking number. I will call again as soon as they open up in the morning. I’m not exactly ‘wowed’. Very disappointed. Especially since this globe is very nice and not at all cheap. I just hope it will arrive at some point. In one piece. This is definitely the last time I’ll do business with Wowshopper. Buyer beware.
Update; Feb. 1, 2011. I finally received my globe on Jan 28^th, three weeks after ordering it. The day before it was delivered I got an e-​mail (first and last communication coming from their side) giving me the tracking number; it turns out the item was shipped the day before, on the Jan 26^th and not on Jan 16^th as I was told by one of the employees earlier. So that was a lie. To make up for it, I suppose, they shipped it per express. The item was packed in a big box with some newspaper and a carton ‘ring’ for protection. No product box, just the shipping box. I was worried that the globe might have suffered damage since it was just kind of banging around in the box. Luckily, that was not the case. If they can’t manage to ship a simple order like this on time, imagine the headaches when you have to return something because of damage… Their communication skills are the worst I’ve seen in a long time. I don’t know how they stay in business. But since I finally DID receive my item, I gave an extra star to Wowshopper. However will definitely steer clear of this company in the future.

I wanted to serve hot tea to my yoga students after class, so I searched on line to find an «air pot» by Zujiroshi. This website (WOWSHOPPER) had the best price and free shipping. The package came in a timely manner and the product was in excellent condition. No Complaints here!

NEVER do business with Wowshopper dba Aiya, Inc. as they are liars and cheats. They took my money when I ordered a replacement blade for my juicer. A month later and several phone calls stalling me, saying «it’s in the mail,» they do not answer their phone, and when they did, it was nothing but excuses. This is a bogus operation and you would do well to NEVER do business with them. They may have a pretty website, but do not deliver their products. All you get is excuses.
