We hired Jennifer Stevens of Ambrosia Cake Creations last year to make our wedding cake and it was the best decision we could have ever made. We had a really awesome consultation with Jennifer several months before hand in which we discussed exactly what we were looking for. Jennifer listened to us, asked a lot of questions about us to get a good sense of our personalities and sketched out some ideas and really captured what we wanted. We went with a 3 tiered cake for 65 people.
Bottom Tier: Chocolate cake w/​Bavarian crème
Middle Tier: Almond & Chocolate Mousse
Top Tier: Vanilla & Strawberry Mousse
It was stunning. The fondant was beautiful, the gumpaste/​fondant gerber daisies cascading down the cake were decadent. And words cannot describe how this cake tasted. It was so incredibly delicious– our guests are still talking about it… and we got married in November!!!
We highly recommend Ms. Stevens. Very affordable and the highest quality personalized service around.
We can’t wait for our 1^st anniversary for our free duplicate mini-​cake! Oh, and she is gay-​friendly!!!
