Stinks that this place has some bad reviews, especially for things out of their control(like someone stealing your credit card and using it here). Anyway, I had a great experience with their TueGo service. It was the first time using it and I was also redeeming a free birthday burger. My only complaint would be that I wish they did curbside service so you didn’t have to get out of the car. I think I would use it more, especially with having a baby, but I think that’s a corporate decision. I still tipped, but I think they would get more tips overall if they did curbside service. I had about a 10 minute ride back to work and my burger and fries were still warm and perfectly cooked when I got to work. On my way out of the restaurant, I dropped my credit card in the parking lot and an employee called me while I was driving back to work. I was able to pick up my card later that day. Good customer service and food!

Like their salad bar and croutons. Sad to see the salad plates have gotten smaller over the years. Also had the salmon and asparagus. Yummy.

Please do yourself a favor and dine-in. Their«Tue-Go» service is horrible. Online ordering is fast and convenient, although one time my order«got lost» in their computer system. When I walked through the door to pick up my food, the guy behind the counter did not acknowledge me until a few minutes later. It was not busy. No greeting or smiling, hardly any eye contact. I still left a tip. A week later we order to-go again. Same guy behind the counter; he has his back turned toward me. I give him a friendly«hello.» He turns around and rushes past me out the door, without looking at me! I could not believe my eyes. It took a minute before another guy, who had witnessed the scene, came up and processed my transaction. No apology, and he wasn’t much friendlier than the original guy. Needless to say, this was the last time I order take-out from there. Yes, the food is good and high quality, but many places in Fuquay have great food AND excellent customer service.

My contact letter to them: My family visited 530pm for my birthday burger. Just a bad experience overall. Hope you guys can improve, so many choices these days and with this visit, will be a while before we come back. 1. «xxxx» nice guy but not meant to be a waiter. Just no personality. 2. ordered 3 burgers. Received plain burgers on buns. Had to ask for lettuce, tomato, onion, etc. So we wait…5 Minutes(timed) because … xxxx went to take an order at a large table! Take a burger and let it sit open for 5mins and see how good it is! Finally a/the manager I assume brought to us but still missing mayo, etc. By now, all of our fries are cold, the burgers too. 3. Drink/Water glasses went empty several times(filled to top with ice). 4. Check time — got our check and it was $ 37WITH the free burger coupons. Sure enough xxxx applied coupon to wrong check. Had to go fix that. What a mess. I just expect more for a $ 10 Burger and from Ruby Tuesday. Hardees or Cookout would have been better and ½ the price. End.

Hope you like waiting. On everything. Just ordering drinks took 15 minutes to be acknowledged. Another 15 minutes to get the drink. No silverware. Had to walk up to the hostess and get some myself. Order was messed up. Kids wanted BBQ sauce. They brought honey mustard instead. By the time they finally brought out the BBQ sauce, I was done eating mine. Oh, and I ordered a ribeye, medium rare they brought me a sirloin, medium well bNo one knew what they were doing. Completely inept. And it wasn’t just our table. Each table beside us was unhappy as well. This was my first time. It’ll be my last. Just avoid this place at all costs. Go dumpster diving — you’ll enjoy it more and it’ll taste better.

We hadn’t been here for a few years due mainly to poor service but we decided to give them another try on 10÷26÷15. Walked in no one up front. After about 5 minutes someone came up and seated us with menus. About another 5 minutes and a server comes to take our drink order(2 waters). After about 15 minutes we decided to leave. I stopped by the restroom and my wife waited up front. She was talking with staff telling them what happened when I came out. After we left she said the server forgot we were there and was just standing in the bar. We’ve written this one off for good this time.

BEWARE! I have never eaten in this establishment, but American Express contacted me last week to tell me one of their employees had accepted a credit card with my number and had put through over $ 250(fraudulent charge) on my account for someone to eat at this Fuquay Varina Ruby Tuesday, as well as to purchase a gift card. We just happened to have been in the area and had eaten in another Fuquay restaurant 3 days prior to this and suddenly, 3 days later, the Fuquay Ruby Tuesday and the Fuquay Pizza Hut, put through charges using my American Express card number. There were 2 fraudulent $ 200 transactions at the Fuquay Varina Pizza Hut, also located on Main Street, and I am still fighting to have one of them removed. Just be forewarned that there is credit card number theft and fraud going on in Fuquay Varina, and be careful using your credit cards at Fuquay Varina restaurants.

Okay, so of all my reviews this is my most picky one. Only because I have previously worked at the Sanford location, and know what should be expected of the server as well as food and the restaurant itself. First, the restaurant was clean. Although the foyer could use a good sweep. There was trash and dirt on the seats. Second, we were greeted by the hostess who was great! smiling big! Third, we were greeted by our server. She was nice and got our drinks fast at first. We had to wait for refills later on. Lastly, the food was very good(dessert too. We had the blondie!) but took a while to get to us. Longer than it should had! Over all it was a good visit.

Ruby Tuesday’s food at this location is consistently good(we’ve eaten there probably 10 times in the last couple of years). The salad bar always has a nice variety of fresh ingredients that are nicely chilled. Entrée’s are consistently good, too. The menu has changed some over the years and I agree with other reviews that the prices have increased(so we, too usually wait for the coupon). Compared to other chain restaurants in the area, Ruby’s is our go-to choice.

The food is what would be expected but very pricey. The mailed coupon advertising 50% off an additional entrée is what got us in there and after the bill was rung we had two $ 20 entrees and one $ 10 entrée so of course they did 50% off the $ 10 entrée. We didn’t argue and will not be back because of how the coupon was handled. Service was also what would be expected. We had the seafood trio which was great, also had the full rack of ribs which was dry and heavily sauced. Our third entrée was the a fried thai shrimp dish which was not very tasty either. Had the triple chocolate mouse cake for desert and that was great as well.

Went last night and took my daughter and friend coming back from college celebration. We tried the pretzel Hamburgers and it took forever to be sever. The place was not overly busy. The waitress did finally bring a pitcher of water. We ordered extra dressing with the hamburgers but never brought them. Took another 5 mins to get then while the fries were getting cold. Than never saw the waitress again till the check showed up.

It had been years since I last visited a Ruby Tuesday but came here recently for lunch based on my mother in law’s suggestion(she enjoys their salad bar). She ordered soup and salad bar which is hard to mess up. Husband and I each ordered burgers– I ordered mine medium well, he ordered his medium and they were both closer to medium rare. We didn’t send them back because we were short on time, but it was disappointing to say the least, especially since they weren’t cheap. Fries tasted like they were of the frozen variety. Server was efficient enough, but seemed like he couldn’t have cared less about his job or our dining experience. Very pricey lunch for what we ordered– undercooked burgers, salad, and tea. Even though this location is five minutes from home, we won’t be back.

I think this location has really done a lot to bring people in. My husband and I enjoy coming here for their BOGO specials, and they always accept our coupons with a smile. I went yesterday with my son and he decided to have an all-out tantrum while I was having lunch with a friend. Our server was so understanding, friendly, helpful, and kind. We needed to leave ASAP because of his fit, and she quickly got the check for us, boxed everything up for me and even got me my drink to go. It was above and beyond and I was so appreciative. I’m a big fan of how Ruby Tuesday now offers their salad bar as part of their entrees. Very smart on their part, as I love the salad bar!

I hadn’t been to an RB for years, mostly because chains like this(Friday’s, etc), just don’t do it for me. But I was pleasantly surprised during our recent visit. The food was better than I had remembered. My husband had tilapia and I had a burger, and both were great. Seemed pricier than I had remembered too, but the food quality was better so I was ok with that. After this experience I’d go back again.

The ribs were tender, sauce sweet, but the meat didn’t have a lot of flavor it’s self. The quesadillas weren’t bad. Our waitress(Jenny) was friendly and enthusiastic, checking in frequently and keeping our drinks filled.

Yes, it’s corporate, generic, pre-fab, choose your sneer. The fact is that sometimes this place is just what you need: straightforward, predictable American fare at a reasonable price. The Fuquay installment of RT’s has garnered a particularly good track record with us. The ambiance is, to be honest, fantastic — cherry wood finishes, interesting fabrics and well-done lighting. Never mind that we’ve seen the same exact décor, down to the framed prints, in a half-dozen other locations, it’s undeniably appealing. There’s almost no point in reviewing the food — if you’ve ever been to one of these you know exactly what you are getting — but I will say that their burgers are consistently excellent and I appreciate the option to substitute a baked potato or green veggies for fries. RT’s also seems to be the last place of its kind to hold on to the salad bar, and it seems to be a good one, if you are into that. So, for just a couple of dollars more than a fast-food place, you get a comforting atmosphere, table service, cloth napkins, and the option to order a beer or mixed drink. I, for one, welcome our new corporate overlords.
