Absolutely the worst experience. Came in due to some motherboard issues. I walk in, and it takes him 20 minutes for him to actually look at my computer and plug it into his monitor. For those 20 minutes, I was just sitting there doing nothing while he was texting his family or web browsing: completely unprofessional. He then aggressively grabs my desktop and sets it on an unstable metal box. He goes inside my computer and starts unhooking wires in the most aggressive way possible. I thought he was going to crack my motherboard by the way he was handling my computer. Prior to coming to his office, I called and asked about the free diagnostics, which he confirmed. I got there and he tells me the free diagnostics were only for«non-complex» computers, but that he would still charge me nothing since that’s what he told me over the phone. Then, a minute later, he actually tells me he needs to charge me a diagnostics fee because of how complex my computer is… Anyway, I left there as soon as I could. No way I was going to let him put one more hand on my computer. I got home and fixed it myself just by googling my problems. Beware of this guy.

Called for a battery charger, guy said he had one for $ 30. Drove across town, then he tries to swindle me for another $ 10. Tip. Try earning people’s business not they money.

The owner tries to scrape you computer when he don’t think it is worth it without permission. Telling me originally that originally it needed passwords then trying to scrape it telling you it is not worth it. Which I am having my original guy who worked on it before look at it. He just moved back. Depending what he says there will be another review. But I have a gut feeling that it won’t be able to fix it at all because what the computer guy did. I should have known better when my first encounter in his office another girl was upset. Beware
