If this is the same Ag-​Pro company that has a store in Middleburg, it is excellent! I bought a John Deere from Tyler last spring. I had an issue with it in the beginning, but Tyler arranged for it to be picked up, repaired and returned with no problem. Later in the summer I had another issue, and was very disheartened about that, but Tyler again arranged to pick it up to check it out. That time, it was my fault! Apparently, at some point I had run over a pretty good sized piece of limb which had stuck underneath and I couldnt see it. As of now, running good.

Staff can be a little slow and appear lost at times when you ask about parts. Been told that have in stick only to find out when I get there that they don’t. Really wish they were better at customer service. Prices a little on the high side since they are the only dealer in area for certain commercial grade mower parts. Go there only when I need it that day and can’t order it online.
