Worst chipotle I have ever been to– every time I go it takes over 20 – 30 mins to even start my order since the employees are sooo slow. Also they did a horrible job with my order. Will not be returning to this chipotle and would rather drive to a further one.

This is definitely the slowest Chipotle I’ve ever been too. Employees move slow as molasses. Waited for more than 20 minutes. Been to plenty of stores in peak lunch hour and only waited ten minutes max. Won’t be returning here. I’ll drive farther to a quicker store.

Slowest chipotle ever!!! Decent food, but soooo slooowww, always slow! Seems like there are always staff people walking around when they should be helping get people through line too. Not very impressed with the cleanliness factor either.

Lazy workers. 2 were very nice and i appreciate them but i work in the food industry and i was upset to find there were multiple items unavailable from the menu due to employees not making them. The cashier was dull and seemed very clueless. I got regular chicken and was charged for double and had to let her know. Definitely not impressed. Its ashame because chipotle needs customers desperately right now

Normally a good establishment. This experience was not one for the books. It was a slow Sunday night so they probably had the newbies working. However the level of incompetency that this employee had was astronomical. First off, she burnt the first tortilla that I asked for which might be the easiest thing the assembler has to do. Second, she had no idea which salsa was mild so i had to point that out to her. I might add though that she blessed tf out of me with my meat so props to her for that even though she cost the establishment more money by giving me an unfair amount of food. The last and worst incident was when this«I deserve $ 15/hour» employee was writing on the tin foil which type of meat i ordered and broke through the tin foil on the burrito, marking a 1 inch line of black sharpie on the tortilla. After this happens, she makes eye contact with me and continues to wrap the burrito in a second layer of foil and puts it in a bag. I gave her the benefit of the doubt because I just wanted to get the food in my mouth but she didn’t even acknowledge the error nor was i compensated for the boneheaded blunder. So I had to tear off the piece of the tortilla with sharpie on it as I look over to her she tries to hide a giggle because it seems as if she thinks food safety and toxic chemical consumption is a joke. Chipotle condones a Bernie sanders presidency.

I placed an order on the app at 12:40. The app said it would be ready at 1:30. I arrived at 1:30 and the order had not even been started. I checked on the order status several times and was told they were working on it. At 1:50 the order was finally ready. It would have been faster to wait in line. Very disappointing. The staff did not seem to care. Also the cashier was seen eating chips in between customers and was trying to negotiate a job with a business owner/customer in line«because she has four mouths to feed.» Extremely unprofessional!

I seriously hate this place. I love Chipotle’s food. But this location is ridiculous. The whole staff does not take their jobs seriously. And they can’t even handle a line of 3 people. Like for real? They move so slow and work sloppy. Last time I was here the cashier forgot my order 3 times. How do you forget 1 chicken burrito? She asked me 3 times what I ordered and I pointed and said«1 chicken burrito». It’s sitting right in front of you! Save yourself the trouble and don’t come to this chipotle.

I fell when I walked into the restaurant but a kind guy I think his name was fidal helped me up helped me with the confusing menu. I was very pleased with the costomer service and food. I would recommend this location to others.

This location is pretty good! The food was great ! The only reason I’m giving them a 4 is because the staff was not as friendly

I’ve eaten here a few times since I moved to the area 3 years ago. It seems like it’s going down hill. Most of their workers can be slow and impatient. They constantly run out of ingredients. I’ve tried using their online ordering system twice. Both times, I got their five minutes after my scheduled time, and not only had they not started the order, they were annoyed that I had even ordered online. If this is a feature you do not want to honor, please don’t offer it. The food has gotten pretty bland too. I won’t be going here anymore.

I asked for extra guacamole and got denied but the lady in front of me got 2.5 scoops of guacamole. I hope it’s not a discrimination problem here. They were also out of almost everything.

Just walked out of this place after waiting in line and ordering my food. The staff here is untrained and management does not seem to be around. Went in today, 1÷14÷16 at 1:20PM, and the place was mostly empty. There was about 5 people seated and two others in line. They got there the same time I did, but they were already out of both rice. Classic review, right? Wrong. Their staffing today was hands down some of the worst I have ever seen anywhere. The girl taking orders spent all her time flirting with the guy behind the counter making the rice, even after she already got the rice. By this point, there was already a line forming behind me. She even forgot and burnt the tortilla, the one that is only heated for a few seconds. Her faults only start there. I had to correct her on practically all my selections. I asked for steak, they were out of steak as well. So I went with chicken instead and asked for a double portion and what I received was a second scoop that was 3 grams away from being empty. Frustrated by this point with her aptitude, I accepted the single portion and explain to the cashier what had happened. She then insisted to charge me $ 2.50 for a portion selection I never received. I simply refused to pay and walked out. I am honestly shocked to see them training their employees this way, I would of gladly paid for my single portion meal and been on my way despite the way I had already been treated, but there wasn’t even an attempt to salvage the situation. The entire staff lacks customer service and leaves the casual consumer insulted.

Love it. I’ve never been disappointed with my food here. The staff is very courteous and whenever I ask for extra rice and beans, they don’t even question it and pile it on. Food is always hot and fresh. Definitely recommend this Chipotle location

Amazing service every time and friendly employees. Always willing to include my special instruction and provide me with an adequate scoop of meat, rice, etc. Definitely one of my favorite chipotles in the area.

I love Chipotle but stop in middle of the day and the staff is nice but when you have 5 people prepping and 2 serving??? Management HELP! 5th person in line — 15 minutes to ordering — Is that a problem???

They should rename this place Chipolt-line WIOW! That said, even though the line literally stretched around the store we still managed to get our order in less than 20 minutes. Chipotle really needs to figure out this supply issue and consider new sources for their meats, or take the pork off the menu all together. At this point its like they just want to keep demonstrating how responsible they are by not feeding us something they can’t get anyway.

The line is usually pretty long, but that’s a good sign, right? The employees are always friendly + generous with the portions, especially when you ask for extra rice or meat. I enjoy the food. Also, if you don’t want to wait in their line, order online about thirty min before you want to pick up your food. That way, you walk in, pay, and leave in about 5 min.

This was the first time I had ever been to Chipotle. I am more so a fan of Café Rio but didn’t feel like making the drive. This location is always busy. Prior, I had stopped by considering to give them a try multiple times but the line would be backed up to the door. This time the wait was long, but not too bad. The lady taking my order was not very nice and had no patience in asking my questions about the menu, spouting out her replies so quick I could hardly understand her. I got a salad which was okay. About half way though eating it I realized they didn’t give me any dressing. Their prices are pretty cheap, but for spouting about using fresh ingredients, it all seemed pretty bland and processed. Not really sure what all the hype is about. I will probably give them one more try but for now I’ll stick to Café Rio!

Yes it gets busy, yes the lines are a mile long on weekends, but realize that it’s Chipotle & everybody loves Chipotle! We always visit this location & there is always a long line BUT the crew behind the counter keeps the line moving really well. I give them props for that! The only thing that stalls a line is someone asking too many ridiculous questions or someone ordering 10 different burritos/bowls/tacos. Other than that the crew here knows how to handle the rush & I never mind waiting!
