One Greek Store

Almost every single experience I’ve had with this store was negative.
The orders are very frequently late. When ordering a couple custom paddles, the order was weeks late. When my sister ordered a stole for her big it was days late even though she paid extra to have it rush ordered.
Even though the store says it opens at 11AM, I would find often it would not be open at 11:30.
I ordered a ~90 $ stole for my big. I asked the cashier which side of the stole people usually get letters. She said the left side… which I found out later is wrong. Now my big has this expensive stole she can’t even use because her letters are on the opposite side from everyone else.
Overall, I’m just not really happy with OGS. There’s just a huge lack of professionalism and accountability that has been consistent.

I hardly ever post reviews, but today, I felt compelled to do so.
For the past 6 months, there have been several rumors about this site stealing other people’s credit card information and using it to make unauthorized purchases.
I have purchased stuff from One Greek a little over a year ago, and didn’t experience such problem so I decided to ignore the warnings and went ahead and ordered another standard sweater for my little bro thinking nothing bad would happen. I placed an order on 3÷30÷16. On 4/​14, I noticed two unfamiliar charges from AppleOnlineStore ($ 77.32) & Apple iTunes ($ 10.81) were pending on my credit card statement. I was beyond confused considering I hadn’t shopped for anything from Apple, and if I did purchase something on iTunes, I would have received an email confirmation receipt sent to my iCloud email. There were phone numbers included in the Transaction statement so I decided to call it and was in contact with an Apple Sales specialist. She was able to use my credit card number to track down the order, and apparently somebody used my name and card to purchase a $ 60 Apple gift card and decided to have it shipped expedited delivery to get to them sooner which cost an extra $ 17 :-) Now why the hell would that even make sense to do without seeming a bit shady? Luckily, we were able to catch and report this fraudulent charge in time to cancel the order. As for the $ 10 pending charge from iTunes, I have to wait until tomorrow afternoon to request a dispute since the iTunes office were closed at that time. An investigation has been launched for this case, and I do plan on pressing charges on this malfeasant asshole.
MORAL OF THE STORY, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE IF YOU CAN. Go buy your Greek apparel somewhere else, because the time wasted dealing with this shit is not worth it in the end. Never will I ever visit

Be careful of fraudulent charges from this place!
I ordered from here back in October 2015 and everything was fine for a while until I noticed some large purchases being made in Florida (I’m in California) with my credit card. I deactivated it and never figured out how someone got my information until some of my friends from different states reported suspicious activity on their card after ordering from here.
Tldr: don’t buy anything from here unless you’re paying in cash

I don’t even live in Florida, but I continue to order my greek wear from this store out of all the ones in California. They never fail to impress me with their work and the quality of their products. Everything is able to be so customizable that it’s rare to run into someone who has the same design as I do. I always recommend this store for anyone, in or out of Florida.

I’ve been Greek for 4 years and I’ve never seen para like this. Plus the customer service is great. Talk to Jon, he will take care of you. Rush fee sucks, but worth.

OGS has an amazing selection of apparel and items. They’re my go-​to organization for myself, friends, or littles in any circumstance. I’ve ordered custom hoodies, jackets, shirts, and multiple custom laser cut paddles for my big and new member education team with amazing quality and little to no problems with the final item. If you do happen to run into any issues, OGS has a great customer service team that will work to fix the problem as quickly as they can. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.

I’m a part of a Greek org at Ohio State, the first item I ordered ever was a line jacket from OGS. It came out perfect, and I got it in time.
HOWEVER! Apparently since then they have gone down hill. Rumor is the ownership changed or something? But anyways, extremely poor customer service I have been experiencing. They didn’t even bother responding to my email which only had a simple question. Two stars it is. I am going to start looking for a more reliable Greek store.

I’m beyond impressed with the service from here! I had a complex order for a new organization and they handled it well. I got the order two weeks earlier than we needed it!
The customer service is also amazing. No matter what my question they answered it with professionalism and an urgency that other retailers could take a lesson from.
I will tell everyone I know to use this store!!!

my favorite place to go when i need greek apparel for my little brother or for my friends who just crossed. they make sweet custom jackets too and custom paddles. their prices are affordable and won’t break the bank.
