I used The Great Frame UP many times with I lived in Gainesville.
I got lots of help and the staff was very patient.
The end product was always a unique frame –perfect for whatever I was framing.
I also like the museum glass.
Great experience. I highly recommend this company.

Very professional work. Technician was quite thorough, and worked with us to develop the best display package. Very satisfied with the results. TGFU is not a low cost provider, but is well worth the price/​quality trade off.

We went in at 5:40 pm and were told to get out of the store because they were closed. They are supposed to close at 6 pm and the «OPEN» sign was displayed in the door, but the woman couldn’t even give me a ballpark estimate on how much she would charge if I returned the next day because «the computers are already off and it’ll take me 10 minutes to turn them back on.» Obviously, I won’t be returning to this unprofessional and lazy business.
