Worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. The manager Lucy that works, or worked there had my place broken into out of spite(they had a key and still broke my door down) and robbed me of over $ 1500 dollars of items which I got back eventually of course. She lied and told me they had called me for weeks trying to get in which of course was easy to prove wasn’t true because, well you know… Call logs aren’t new. Also, she came in anytime she wanted. She was extremely insulting to me right in front of my face speaking in Spanish with another apartment manager, but being too stupid to realize my Colombian friend who’s blond haired speaks perfect Spanish as well, and understood everything she said. The biggest mistake was pretending she didn’t have the maintenance man tear my door off the hinges, she pretended it must have been some random event, but my bed room was broken into, but the front door was fine which means a key was used on the front. Yes, she is that stupid. All of this was done because my roommates who weren’t on a lease with me told her that we were all moving out soon. Once my roommates moved out they assumed I ran out on the lease(yet I paid every month for over a year btw). This had to have been the reason to to steal my TV, iPad, PS3, 2 phones, invaluable items from family, and the list goes on, but you get it… Anything above a 30 dollar value was stolen. I knew I had her in the palm of my hand legally when I called to ask her why this was done, so I was very calm, and she freaked out so badly on the phone first saying I hadn’t been there in months(slept there the night before), hadn’t paid rent(never missed a payment), and that they had no key,(they had a key every other time they need to get in for 1 ½ years). She started screaming calling me a liar until I got In touch with her boss who then forced Lucy to give me back everything that I could think of that was stolen. Undoubtedly she kept something’s to split with the Mexican maintenance guy. Her boss also let us know this wasn’t the first time Lucy had been in trouble like this. Aside from knowing of drug dealers robbing each other at gun point, and drug abusers roaming the halls this was the worst thing that happened at these apartments, of course I’m biased because it happened to me. If you live here be prepared to see cops arresting your neighbors regularly, and having managers working with criminals making deals to get some extra cash on the side. This was only the manager named Lucy Rodriguez. All the other managers were great, and kept the criminals out. She’s probably been fired, but if not feel free to ask her not to have your place robbed. Don’t live here if you’re a girl, or you have kids. Very sketchy.

The complex houses more students than others. Not to say or conclude that they only lean toward students. The complex has room mate type accommodations as well as hole apartments.
