Unique Eyebrows

Quick and good. Eyebrows are only $ 10. She took a little more off when I requested a change.

Absolutely worst place to go for threading! I went in there with my daughter who’s 1 when there was no one there she still made me wait 10 minutes. Meanwhile, my daughter is getting cranky and another woman walks in she tells her to sit in the seat when I’m still clearly waiting! I say «hey excuse me can I go?» And she rudely states «well I didn’t know if you were leaving or staying you’re busy with your baby» I was pushing the stroller around the store to quiet her down. so the other customer says let her go. She starts, again, rudely doing my eyebrows I tell her «please do Not make them thin I am growing them out just clean up around them and then I feel her threading on the inside. I say «I hope you’re not shaping them and she’s like I’m not don’t worry» she shows me the mirror in which she has clearly thinned them out so I say «it’s clear you thinned them out» and she rolls her eyes and sighs really loudly!
I tell her I need my upper lip which magically she does in 30 seconds of course missing spots but I didn’t care at this point I wanted out of there! So I go to pay and give her my card she takes forever clearly her machine isn’t working and she proceeds to tell me «your card isn’t working» I say «my card is working you’re machine is not and I have to go» she sighs again loudly as if it’s My fault and then hands me the paper to sign I put 0 for tip and she starts shaking her head. I said if you had a better attitude maybe you would deserve a tip and she snaps back at me «your face doesn’t match your attitude!» Like 3xs I said excuse me? Are you the manager here? She’s like yes and I’m the owner. I say that’s really sad because you have Absolutely Zero customer service skills and walked out.
So let’s recap:
–she didn’t care I had a crying baby instead wanted to make me wait longer while she takes someone else.
— she messed up my eyebrows and did the exact opposite of what I told her to all while rolling her eyes and sighing loudly in front of her other customer (so unprofessional!)
–she tried to blame her broken credit card machine on my card lying and saying it’s not working.
–she insults me again in front of the other customer and then tells me she’s the owner as if that’s something to be proud of while scolding your customer!
–and I’m out $ 17 bucks which is way overpriced for someone to just use a thread and have zero skill set and roll their eyes while they are doing it.
Avoid this place at all costs Its not just her. this isn’t the first time they have screwed up my eyebrows but it definitely will be the last. I will be reporting to the better business bureau as well. Horrific.

I love getting my eyebrows threaded because they always look so much better groomed than when I wax. I tried this place because I was already at the mall. The woman was very nice and professional and did a good job removing all the stray hairs around and between my eyebrows but I was not pleased with the shape. She threaded my eyebrows into almost a straight line. I specifically said I wanted to keep my shape; just touch up, so I was a little annoyed with the outcome. Fortunately, I’m really good with an eyebrow pencil. The price was fair though…$ 10.

Semi-​awkward getting your brows threaded at a mall kiosk as you might find people starring at you once you open your eyes. Although it hurt more than usual, the lady who did my threading was fast and cleaned my eyebrows nicely. It took about five minutes for my brows to look presentable again!
They also take credit cards, which is a plus since I rarely carry cash. Besides getting your eyebrows threaded, you can get other areas threaded as well (full face, upper lip, etc.).
Good place to get your eyebrows did while shopping at Lake Forest Mall.

Their not too bad but they didn’t do my eyebrows like I asked. I even showed them apicture and it ended up completly the opposite. I even told them my eyebrows are a little uneven so don’t keep taking hair off thinking they’ll be even but they didn’t listen they just took all of it off and I ended up with porn brows. Like most places they don’t know how to do Asian brows, even though they claim too.

It’s quick, its cheap, and it does not hurt! The lady that does the threading here is pretty good. I’ve been to several other threading places in the past and I’ve had some teary painful experience but not here. I don’t know what she does differently but I don’t get all teary eyes afterward. I have the most oddly grown eyebrows and she’s probably the best I’ve been to because she can shape it so nicely that it actually looks good. For $ 10, why not? Oh yeah, she also take credit card. I usually just do cash.

I love threading, I will never ever go back to waxing. For those of you who have never tried threading, it’s great. The precision is perfect, and no icky breakouts or risk of being burned. I’ve spent years trying to find a threading place close by and now it is in a kiosk at the mall. The best part it is $ 10! Wow, that is super cheap for great brows!
Yes, it is kind of awkward getting your eyebrows done will people are walking up and down the mall and some probably watching you, but I guess that cuts back on overhead costs and keeps me spending less. There are two chairs, and the women work rather quickly (about 5 min for both brows) and are very polite. I am definitely a fan of Unique Eyebrows!

Hmm… I went back the other day and they have now moved to their own store by Claire’s and Macy’s. There were 2 girls working there, I think I got the more «novice» one this time and had to go back a bit later after looking in the mirror and ask her to even up my brows. I am hooked on threading as compared to waxing and would definitely recommend this place, just make sure you take a good look afterwards and make sure you are happy with the result, as they will happily touch your brows up for you.

I first saw this kiosk in Montgomery Mall and made a mental note to go back (I had just had my eyebrows threaded in Michigan). I love threading! Now this suburban gal doesn’t have to metro into DC to get her brows shaped.
It’s still only $ 10! There were two women working and they were busy. I got the younger one and was a bit hesitant at first, but she did a great job. I probably won’t be back to this location since I never come to this mall on my own (My friend needed to look at fridges in Sears). This kiosk is located on the lower level near Sears. However, I will definitely return to the Montgomery Mall location. The gal told me the other place is moving out of their kiosk and into a storefront!
