Wing Stop

This is my favorite Wing Stop in Montgomery county. Really good manager with great service. Love this location more than the one on Shady Grove. If your a sweet tea fan, you’ll love the one you can get here. Been a loyal customer for a while now and for the foreseeable future.

My go to for wings. Reliable and fast service. The manager Jason is top notch.
The family always goes with the hot and Louisiana rub combo.

First time at this location. The manager is great. I was greeted when I entered and was brought my food (we dined in). Jason goes above and beyond. Wings were great, as always.

Fantastic for what it is. Food quality is high, friendly staff. They’re polite, respectful, and professional. My orders are always perfect and on time even when they’re busy. There’s a gentleman by the name of Jason there that really keeps the place running properly. Good food and friendly service

Don’t come here late at night. The manager (I’m guessing) was extremely rude to us as we ordered. He was a short white guy wearing a hoodie and holding a clipboard. They close at 11 and the 3 of us walked in at 10:45. I run a business as well and understand what it’s like to have someone come in at the last minute, but he was sure to tell us «We stop taking orders at 10:45, it’s 10:48 ok guys?». He then told us he «would do it this time». There won’t be a next time though. If any of my employees ever dreamed of treating a customer that way, they would be fired on the spot. No exaggeration. 2 more people came in after us and they weren’t harassed this way. He made sure to say at least twice that we were not going to be able to dine in, even though there were already 3 people eating in the lobby. So rude. If you stop taking orders at 10:45 that means you close then. So either change your time on the door or don’t make a big stink about doing your job. We will not be returning. On a positive note the food was good, but the experience is 75% of the transaction.

Really great food for the price! Lots of different flavors, and they’ll let you mix them. Employees are straight forward and professional. Really good if you need to clear your sinuses. Their wings will flush them out in no time!

They have stepped up on the wings and service. Great variety and selection of wings, strips, gliders etc. Cant go wrong with ATOMIC haha.

I believe I had written a really bad review of this place a couple years back, when they had fired all of the capable staff and brought some guy from Texas named Mike up to manage the place. He failed miserably.
I believe it’s Jason who is the new manager (or he appears to be when I’ve been there), and he has this place running like clockwork, regardless if he’s there or not. The wings are back to being cooked properly. My garlic parm wings were covered in parm, which is how they should be. I’ve been going to the Shady Grove spot the past few years because of the change up to staff, but it’s now back to getting your orders on time, and things being cooked properly. Shady Grove is still a great spot, and the staff there are phenomenal, but they don’t make wings as good as the new Goshen staff. Very glad I don’t have to make the trip down the Shady Grove any more for wings.

Just like your other Wing Stops except a little smaller. Staff was friendly, Food was fresh and fries weren’t overbearing with seasoning. Manager he was courteous and asked if everything was good with our food.
Took one star off for the Employees that were off the clock that were hanging around socializing and going around the front counter. Nothing wrong with that but they were being a little loud, it gave a bad vibe in a way. Almost there guys.

I’ve been going to Wingstop for 7 years now ever since the one in shady grove opened but this location is closer to my house. The service is great and the wings are always ready in time when ordering take out. Some occasions the wings aren’t cooked perfectly either not crispy enough or too crispy but usually it’s on point for me! I will always love and order the lemon pepper wings

Omg am I the only person that gives bad reviews? Be honest there wings are never fully cooked they always say 14 minutes but take over 20 get it together wing stop the one at shady grove is gr8

My boyfriend and I were just here! Ordered boneless wings combo and the chicken pieces were tiny…
I go to the Wingstop in Rockville all the time and I know how big they are supposed to be. Not only that but the number of pieces was less than what they advertised on the menu! Employee’s attitude doesn’t help either.
Feeling ripped off!

If you find spicy to just be blah, then go spicier than the «original» sauce.
Sample the sauces first.
«Ingrid» and «Jake» were professional, caring, and personable.
Go for the bragging rights; you won’t regret it.

Wow thrre wings are good my friend took me here for the first time it was good … Service seemed good from. what my friend was telling me the guy asked us if we wanted a refill for our drinks before we left.

Wings are great! Juicy, crispy and flavorful. They have great customer service as well. They are very busy so it’s best to call ahead and juat pick up your order. They are a bit pricy for just wings. However, it’s worth it.

These wings really are the best in the area. I’m not a spicy person, so I can only recommend Lemon-​Pepper (my favorite), Hawaiian, Teriyaki, Mild (with extra sauce on the side), and Garlic Parmesan. They all are better «well-​done» in my opinion. I would never say that about chicken or meat usually, but this keeps the wings from being soggy. So they’re nice and crispy, and the meat stays moist. Their fries are good if you like a more «real» potato taste. Like Thrashers, but with sugar on them. It’s a subtle addition, but I love it. It’s nice too, that they have the option to get a beer with your wings. I don’t, but it sounds like something a lot of people would like.
I would suggest calling ahead at least 15 minutes though if you’re doing carry-​out. They stay pretty busy, so that’ll cut your wait time. And if you’ve been to the Germantown location before, then you’ll think this store’s atmosphere is much-​improved.
But the real reason I had to review was because there is an employee there, Brian, that has better customer service than ANY worker I’ve ever encountered. No exaggeration. Legit five-​star hotels/​restaurants — their workers have nothing on this guy. He remembers you by name, remembers your preferences, and goes far out of his way to take care of you. They should seriously consider getting him his own franchise location.
All in all, great wings, good prices, easy dinner.

I came here the night of my Homecoming. I was pretty wasted from dancing my butt off at the Gaithersburg Hilton (or was it the Holiday Inn Express)? Anyways, this local joint is okay. The menu is so big that I don’t have any particular recommendations, but I recall that the garlic Parmesan was tasty.

The owner contacted me personally to rectify the situation. I will be coming back, as the issue I had with Wing Stop has reversed itself.
Come on Wing stop get your shit together! for the past three orders you have been ‘privileged to receive, you’ve been dead wrong every single time!!! If you’re going to offer an app, make Good and damn sure it works before you have customers using it! Also, get competent employees that can fulfill my order right the first time because I’m not coming back here to get wings that someone else ordered I would like the order that I actually placed so please as I stated earlier get your shit together!!!

Talk about a good selection of flavors. Atomic, cajun, original hot, Mild, Smoked bbq, lemon pepper, garlic Parmesan, Hawaiian and teriyaki.
These wings always do the job for me, I’m addicted I eat here way too much. Wing-​stop flavors are all good to me, there is not one that I don’t like but I love their garlic Parmesan, also-​the wings are crispy which is exactly how I like them.
The fries are really good as well, they have something sweet about them that I really like.
I always feel like I wait about 20 minutes to get my food, I wish it was a little bit faster because it is a fast food restaurant but I can’t complain because I know the wings are made fresh to order.
