Great place to have a Sunday breakfast. The staff is great. Fun little casual place to hang out.

Good food, good laughs, The food was excellent, the service was excellent, and family owned food AMAZING. Bathroom situation– the bathroom was quite clean and sanitary. The ten mile inn is a biker bar and an effect of a biker bar is the noise of the motorcycles. The noise is NOT a constant but from time to time. There is NOBARFIGHTSORVIOLENCEOFANYSORT, COMPLETELYFAMILYSAFE.

$ 10 steak night on Wednesdays? Too good to be true? It was surprisingly good! The steak was juicy and tender and perfectly cooked.(We had prime rib at the Red Brick Inn a few miles down 40. Ten Mile Inn was better.) We had to add a fried bologna sandwich as dessert. For the price, pretty good!

I would hate to think how many times I’ve gone by this place. Ever since I was a kid living in London, I remember seeing this bar by the side of the road on Rt. 40 in the absolute middle of nowhere. I’d guess I’ve passed it a couple thousand times all in all. So, after many, many decades, it’s time to stop in and get a Unilocal review on these folks. Being out in the middle of nowhere, I wasn’t sure about what I’d be getting myself into. So I walked in and there’s a guy sitting at the far end of the bar. I was actually expecting a rough and tough biker type of bartender but this guy was a clean cut, good looking young man. He greeted me with a big hello and went behind the bar. So he’s the bartender? Cool. Real nice guy. He was friendly and got some conversation going as he got me a Guinness, which was only $ 2.75BTW. He was eager to tell me about the place with the karaōke and music they have on the weekends. The bar is small, maybe holds 50 or so people with a nice big outside patio for warmer days. It really looks like it would be a fun spot to hang out in and make new friends. I got the feeling it was pretty much a local’s /regular’s bar from the way he talked. There were a few regulars that came in and they were pretty friendly. One guy was quick to strike up a conversation with me and even offered to buy me a beer if I stayed and hung out for a little while longer. Way cool. So here’s a divey looking place with a cool bartender, great prices and friendly, welcoming customers. I’m looking forward to coming back again sometime.
