My wife has been going to Galt Optometric center for years until just recent. We switched insurance and gave the staff our new insurance information that would pay for the full visit. But later that year we received a bill for the exam. The staff had made a mistake and never billed our insurance and asked us to pay the bill when we had insurance. We tryed to resolve the situation and explain this was there mistake but finally gave up and instead of paying a lawyer to fight the bill we paid it. Also I was the one with the insurance so they sent me bills in my name when I was never a patient. I should call Curtis on channel 13 but the most time I want to spent on this situation is writing this review. My wife will never go back and hopefully this one review will help someone else. What happens if our bill was thousands of dollars i they just going to make the same mistake. This is bad business people have to take responsibility for there mistakes.
