Modern Family Haircuts

I was unhappy with my service. Phillip is very nice but did not give me what I wanted. I get a heavy partial highlight, with one small dark piece in my bangs. He made what should have been an easy one step process, two steps. I was charged for a full highlight for my heavy partial. You can still see my roots. He pulled foils out of the back and let me sit while the rest of my hair processed, which resulted in bleeds in the back. When the service was complete, he had partially dried my hair. I told him I was unhappy with the highlights, and he got an attitude and told me «well thats about the heaviest highlight I have ever done.» I also asked him if he would be styling my hair, and he said that would be extra, he only blow drys. I told him my hair wasnt even dry, and he dried it some more. I left with my hair damp, unhappy with my service, paid more than I should have, and still tipped him. He walked to the back and wouldnt come out to say good bye. I am most upset by the fact that he knew I was unhappy and didnt offer to fix it. I am also a stylist, and I do not treat my clients this way. I wont be back.
