The customer service here is exemplary! I used Extra Space based on the Google reviews which were near 5 star. When I arrived, I was not disappointed. They treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy. The facilities are clean and the security personnell are dutiful and professional. This is my first experience with storage and I couldn’t be happier!

There are a few problems with this place. One problem is that the rental fees went up $ 40 in one year, so, don’t believe the great introductory rates. Second, along with those rate increases you get a leaky unit. And the best part about having a leaky unit is that the rental insurance doesn’t cover the mold or mildew that’s left behind.
I gave them 2 stars because the manager is pleasant, but, overall worthless.
