11/24/15 — Update to my yesterday review: So my shopping expo yesterday was successful in the fact that G liked his new slippers, but theslippers were way to big for him. Brought him back here today so he could try on a few and be like Miss Goldilocks and find the just right pair. After some serious trying on, he made his final choices and off to the register. Melissa was the store manager and she made the return and re-purchase go as smooth as the original transaction. G looked around the store for other things and then we left. The moral of this story is… when you live with Mr. Goldilocks, sometimes you have to make a few exchanges to get things«just right.» 11÷23÷15 I rarely stop by any chain footwear store just because they have nothing that I can wear given my wider width shoe size. Today I stopped in because of the sign that said Buy One get One half off. Now ordinarily I don’t consider the fancy way of saying your getting 25% off a deal, but I was specifically looking for bedroom slippers for G and I figured what the heck, I will give it a try. Who knew there could be so many bedroom slippers for men. Jennifer at the register was very helpful in assisting me with some quick info as far as which slippers were running small and large. I settled on some really comfy looking Bear Claws and a pair of Dr. Scholls which also looked super soft but were totally a different style. These were definitely not your cheap $ 9.99BJ’s slippers, but they also felt like there was more support and more softness to the slippers. At checkout Jennifer helped me again with signing me up for the rewards thing they offer. Not that I will get much of a reward from it, but if it gets me an occasional coupon I will drop by to take a look. Jennifer had a great attitude and was just all about customer service. If you have a standard shoe size, this may be a great place for you to shop. If you need a wider width shoe and have difficult to fit feet, this is probably not the place for you and your feet.
