Great macaroons with a good variety. A little highly priced but that is expected. HOWEVER, I find it very unsettling when a new item is introduced and staff respond to inquiries with«I don’t know, my manager drops them off. I just sell them.» That is unprofessional. I understand that it is a mall kiosk but customer service would be nice.

A nice little stand in the mall for your macaron fix. I came here with low expectations and a big sweet tooth for macarons. They are a bit pricey, but I guess they don’t have much competition in the area. There were a handful of flavors I never saw before so I was delighted when I picked out my personal assortment. I was expecting a mall stand to carry old, stale cookies, but to my surprise, the macarons were light and fresh. The caramel one was just sugar posing as a macaron, but some of the other flavors, such as Red Velvet, were pleasant and tasty. Take it for what it is… Macarons and Cookies by Woops is a stand in a mall. They just barely hit the mark. Don’t expect something straight from a French chef’s cookie kitchen and you won’t be as disappointed.

As amusing as other reviews may be to read, the couple of macarons I sampled at the oddly-named Macarons and Cookies by Woops cart were actually much better than expected. The macarons themselves still had a number of structural imperfections – an oblong shape, the telltale nub from piping – but the actual cookie was pretty light and fluffy with very few air pockets for cookies that size(a problem that haunts many macaron makers). To their credit, these macarons are better than a few other bakeries in the area with much, much bigger names(though not usually known for good macarons). In the end, remember you’re in a mall, so enjoy a little macaron break and go on your way.

How dare you?! I will do just about anything for a macaron. ANYTHING. Seriously… ANYTHING! Walking past this stand in Rosevelt Fields my natural impulse is to buy one… And of course I’m open minded but I still expect some sort of quality. I bought two«macarons». One vanilla, second one was chocolate which I let the lady choose this way I can know for sure whether or not they suck if she is claiming this is the best! Well… I wanted to throw all of the«macarons» on the floor after bitting into the second one. How dare you market this lackluster of a macaron to me?! I was so offended. Oh Lord and I can’t even imagine what anyone from France or Paris would think?! I took one bite and it crumbled like a stale cookie! Not to mention they were $ 2.50 each! Wayyyy over priced! The texture was off… the taste was off… What an insult! Smh. The best part was that I told the girl these are horrible and she laughed… I’m dead effin serious! It’s not funny.(Straight face) WOOPSI or whoever you are. Give it up! And give me my money back while you are at it!
