Poor judgement on vocally repremanding patients in front of staff and other patients. This happened to me and moved me to change Doctors. No excuse for being rude in front entire office staff because a bill got lost in the mail. I had to make my appointment 3 months in advance too. What happens when you have an urgent issue? I sense that this Doctor has two not one offices he operates or he is semi retired.

Dr. Gibson is a very good dentist and doesn’t do unnecessary work. In fact, I asked him to do a crown once and he said I didn’t need it! What dentist does that? Unfortunately, because of a new insurance I can no longer go to Dr. Gibson and have spent the last couple years trying to find a new dentist. I have visited several who I will never again return to!
I am only giving Dr. Gibson 4 stars because its so damn hard to get an appointment there! When you call for a cleaning they give you an appointment 5 months down the road!
