I accidentally reviewed this instead of Elegant Beauty Salon! My mistake…

I don’t usually like saying negative comments but… They are awful! I’ve tried them several times and the only good person is Anne and she left. They don’t pay attention to you and when they do they act like you are bothering them. When they finally get around to doing your nails they are rough and messy, they don’t make it a relaxing experience at all! EVERYTIME I’ve been (except with Annie) they have cut me several time and don’t even apologize for it! They are rude and I guess they just don’t care to work. The best part about them is they always have a chair open, they’re never in a hurry and they don’t push for extra sales. If that is your kind of place, this is the right fit for you!

Awful!!! These gel nails are still sticky and the design bled don’t waste your money or time!!! Now I’ll have to pay to go to my normal nail salon and fix this mess

I used to love coming here, and more if I was getting white and pink gel nails bc I always got compliments from people and I loved how they looked. I stopped getting them bc they damage your nails, so I decided to try gel nails and manicures. Unfortunately it seems like if you want a regular manicure or gel nails they don’t care enough to do the same quality job. (And it’s the same technician that does the white and pink nails.)
The edges of my manicure are missing nail polish and the design I got done is cute on one finger but horrible on the other. And this is after they redid them once! She said they looked great and I wasn’t in a mood to stick around and argue so I left with a jacked up design.
My pedicure is always great that us why they r getting the 3 stars.

Nice shop. Clean, easy going nail techs, not pushy at all. Got a fill and a pedi in under one hour.

Alice is awesome! Responsive to my requests & very creative! Today she made me 2-​D flowers on my fingers! Looks really cool she can do anything creative with nails! Go earlier in the week they are less busy, otherwise the weekends can be a bit of a wait.

Ive been coming here for 12 yeaes and I must say if they weren’t good I wouldn’t drive 25 miles for them. Alice is always accommodating and does great job :)
I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Alice is amazing! She gets the job done right :) I will never get my toes done anywhere else! Yes other places might be cheaper but you get what you pay for! I have been coming to Alice for 14 years! She first did my nails at the age of 15 and she was so great I never stopped coming to her. I promise you wont regret it.

THEY SUCK. Had me walk out cause the totally ignored my presence for 20 minutes. Stupid. And im talking about the nail side, not the hair :) Oh, and I was on vacation

This review is a toughie to write, because Alice IS fabulous. She can do anything you ask her to do. All of her designs are exactly what you want, and I’ve brought pictures many times that she copied perfectly.
The thing that gave it two stars:
1. They lift really fast. My nails are very picky. If I paint them, they chip in 20 minutes, no matter what I do. So things don’t stick to them very well, but I’ve never had this bad of a problem with nails lifting at the edges so badly. It’s not just the corners, it’s around the whole edge.
2. Alice tells you «no» when she doesn’t like something that you want. I went in looking for a clear, glitter tip with a pink base. The pink base is what makes the tip really stand out. I’ve had it before and loved it. When I asked for it, Alice told me that no, she wouldn’t do that because she thinks the pink looks fake and her color that she has is natural. I told her that I liked the pink, and she told me no. She tells me that getting my nails kept short isn’t sexy enough and «don’t I want to look nice?» I don’t like being told what I want or don’t.
3. The nails smear if you bump them up to an hour after you get them done. Not just paint, the acrylic itself will dent.
4. Pedicures come off within a week.
5. Nails got more expensive every time I went in there. Last ones (glitter tip) were $ 50
I’ve done pageants since I was 15 years old, and have had acrylic nails ever since then (I’m 20 now). I prefer solar, but I am very picky about all of them. Although she can do amazing work, everything else isn’t worth it to me. I haven’t been back in a really long time.

Alice is awesome! She knows her customers and what they like. She has had many girls work for her and she is very strict with them to make sure they take care of her customers. I love that she’ll stop her girls and correct them to make sure the customer is satisfied. All the girls are friendly. They’re about to lose the girl that does hair though and I’ve been going to her for a very long time. So long that I can’t remember who cut my hair before she started. I’ve been coming to elegant for 14 yrs and I will keep coming back!

I was going to give this place 4 stars but what happened at the end really annoyed me. First of all the nail service was great and the young lady who did my nail was very nice. She did a very thorough job. The place is not extremely clean and the towels are stained a lot but I guess that didn’t bother me too much. The lady also didn’t speak much English but that didn’t bother me either. Now after she was done another lady who seemed like the owner or at least spoke somewhat better English asked me to pay $ 20 dollars for the spa pedicure I got although the price list showed $ 15. I asked why it was 20 and she said «because you got an extra scrub (which I did but didn’t know it was extra) but because she doesn’t speak English she couldn’t tell you it costs $ 5». Ha-​ha this is a really funny way to squeeze $ 5 more dollars. I was going to round to 20 anyway for the great job… I just can’t stand when people try to trick you so ridiculously.

It is fast and cheap ! Ask for alice to do your pink and white she’s the best and fastest. They also got in a bunch of new gel colors, super cute.

I didn’t like the eyebrow, lip waxing. It was cheap ($ 11), but REALLY fast. I’m used to cheap ($ 13 – 15 for both), but the other places I’ve been to would spend some time shaping, cleaning, & tweezing. I left with wax still my face and she told me to just clean it off. :(Oh well.
