These guys are great, I drove to the location because I had questions on a couple items. The guy working the front desk helped me figure out exactly that I wanted and offered helpful info about the products. If you want to go to the location, I suggest you set up an online account before and save yourself a little time/​bookmark what you need because that’s how you order your supplies. Great customer service! I’ll be back soon.

Great customer service here! Great prices. My friend wanted to start tattooing and needed supplies, so naturally getting my tattoos from Eddie, it made me want to go to the same supply shop he has. My friend was very satisfied with the selection of equipment they had here. Would highly recommend!

I was surprise to know this was home to the famous tattoo artist Eddie Tana who has tattoo some big celebrities and ufc fighters, they take pride in their work they have the best tattoo needles LOW PROFILE, they carry bishop rotary and norm tattoo machines creeper machine fk iron and more at a decent price, also I was surprised that the owner Eddie Tana has time to take pictures with anyone that wants take pictures with him, when I was there I also saw RICK WALTERS John Montgomery, Booq, Big Sleeps how cool is that? I haven’t physically gone in to purchase, but I have spent hundreds and hundreds if not thousands on their products, the customer service I receive from there, wether it be on chat or on the phone, is on point and excellent. The pricing is a little up there but I’d rather pay for quality. The Talens ink that I was recommended works GREAT.
I would gladly consider buying from again and continue to. Even if I’ve used up my 10% off from calling in. Lol

Horrible customer service. Declined to ship product, because their credit verification service could not confirm my address. When I contacted them (via the phone, because they left voicemail, even though I expressly requested email contact when I placed the Web order), I asked if the bank had allowed my card to be processed; they said it had. I explained that this is validation for the address– the bank would not approve the transaction if the billing address was wrong.
They disagreed, and refused to ship to the recipient I’d selected.
I asked them to ship to my billing address. They refused. I offered to send a personal check, and wait for payment to clear their bank before receiving shipment. They refused. I offered to send cash; they refused. I offered to send a money order; they refused any money order not meeting their standards.
It was as if they didn’t want to take my money.
They kept wanting to cancel the online order. Note: their online ordering interface is atrocious: completely not user-​friendly, and utterly cumbersome. It took me a half-​hour to place my original order. I had to beg them not to delete it.
Over and over, they asserted that they’d been victims of fraudulent orders, and that the industry is rife with such issues; then they upbraided me for strong language.
A tattoo supply shop. In California.
Very, very unimpressed. Very, very disappointed. Bad vendors.

I have a shop in Laguna Beach. I love the products we get from Element. They deliver fast and don’t kill you on shipping costs like some of the other suppliers.
