Comparing it to Ktown is a stretch, sure there’s a slew of Korean shops and restaurants but not enough to really dub it little Seoul. Still it’s cool that they have this as an alternative to downtown.

OC’s Little Seoul is comparable to LA’s K-Town. K-Town is a little bit more scattered and Little Seoul is more enclaved IMO. There area many Korean banks(Nara, Hanmi, Woori, Wilshire State, etc), churches, billiard places, restaurants, supermarkets(Arirang supermarket, Asian supermarket), acupunctures, clothing & shoes stores and music stores. I saw one of my fave bakeries there, Tous Les Jours and my fave Tofu House, BCD Tofu. I also saw Shik Do Rak! Some of the shopping centers @ Little Seoul: Korea Plaza, Garden Grove Galleria and Festival Plaza. Yay more fun places to go in Orange County.
