How hard is it to make a pizza? I guess an extra large pizza with pepperoni and jalapeños is too hard to understand! LOL! Never coming back… Horrible customer service. «Have fun on your shift, you dumb pizza making bitch» I guess I can be petty too

My family and friends always get pizza from here and I really love it, but lately when we get pizzas its either burnt, barely any cheese, or on the meat lovers no bacon at all. The last time me and my friends went here we got the chicken wings, I think it was like 5 – 8 $? I cant exactly recall but they were honestly so tiny, barely a inch. The breadsticks are good here and there, sometimes we get them and they’re almost stale. The sauces are acceptable.

They don’t offer the family pizza anymore.. then why is it still on the menu.
Hopefully the pizza they are making right now is made on a cleaner surface than these tables I’m being forced to sit at. Ewww dirty
Only took 10 minutes to make, I was pleasantly suprised… wasn’t so bad.

It will be a cold day in HELL before I go
back to this place. These peeps need to
train their employees properly. I had ordered
a large pizza with half pepperoni and half
sausage. The girl told me that it’s an
extra $ 1.50 for the other topping. I told
her that the last time I ordered the same
there was no extra charge. She told me
that she wouldn’t charge me the $ 1.50.
I head over there to find out that is not
the case. Well, the guy behind the counter
had a MAJOR ATTITUDE! I just told the
same thing that I told the girl. He said «
Do you want it or not!?» I said that I wanted
the pizza. I don’t appreciate his attitude. Customer service from that guy is horrible. If he is a manager/​owner, he is a poor excuse for a manager and he makes other people look bad. He can treat some one else like —t. Bye

The pizza is amazing however customer service leaves a lot to be desired. And it’s extremely difficult to get them to answer the phone. We order the giant all meats pizza, it Usually last about three meals for the 2 of us. Again if you can put up with the challenging service, the pizza won’t disappoint.

I love this resturant its our go to place for pizza. It has tables, ongoing tv, and some candy stands.
When it comes to the pizza, its really good that is when they actually do their job well. Teenagers tend to be the employees here. One time we got a unusually thin undercooked uncut pizza.
Other than that experience its a really good pizza place its up there with costco pizza.

Absolutely 100% disappointed. Been coming here since it opened and tonight my mom and I came in after am hour long drive home to pick pizza up for the family. We ordered 2 large pepperoni and 1 Hawaiian it took a while because we didn’t know if the girls attention was on us or the dough she was handling with a plastic bag?. About 10 minutes after we place our order (only one girl working) a small family of 3 came in and ordered a pizza as if they (father and girl working) knew each other. They got real quiet and she called our order, handing me 3 pizza boxes and immediately gave him his order (umm he order 10 minutes after us???) We got home to discover the middle box was empty! She had GIVEN OUR PIZZA AWAY. My mom paid for that pizza and she gave it away???
Pass on this place. Never again!!!

Ok pizza. It’s cheap. It’s edible but I think I will stick with my Pizza Hut. The TV was loud and blaring but we asked if we could turn it down and change the station and they said we could.
There were just 2 employees working and even then 1 was on their dinner break. I’m not certain that they washed their hands after handling money. They walked around the wall for a bit and then returns so I can only assume they they did.
I have to say that I like Pizza Hut and Little Caesars better but it wasn’t horrible.

Service here sucks. Called three times and nobody answered. I had to drive there and came to see the cashier bent over behind the cash register counter smiling and texting… said she was answering calls… more like using the work phone to make personal calls… and was very distracted… made me repeat my order twice and told me after I paid they didn’t have any personal sized pizzas… no sanitation when preparing the pizzas from what I saw. They need more people to make the pizzas… came in and a bunch of people were waiting… very rude customer service.

Ordered a large Hawaiian pizza. It tasted okay until I was choking on a piece of plastic! Called to let them know about it and was put on hold for a while then completely cut off. I called again and asked to speak to the manager and they replied «We don’t have one! «as if I were annoying them. I then asked for the owner and they said she was there but didn’t speak english. How can you have a business in America and not speak english? I explained to the guy what had happened and they simply responded okay I’ll let her know then I was cut off! Where is the customer service? If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Overall horrible food and even worst customer service. Please save your sanity, time and money and go to a different place.

Pizza is ok, not great but not bad either. The pizza doesn’t taste bad like costco’s pizza on the second day so brownie points for that. Reviews saying they don’t pick up their phone is true. I was there and heard the phone rang twice unanswered. There seems to be only 2 people working there that day and they were busy running back and forth, sometimes customers came in and no one was at the counter. They are probably understaffed so just be prepared for inconsistent service.

Pretty far from awesome. customer service was not there. Pizza was no different from just getting a HOT & READY FROM LITTLE CAESARS. Would I come back or Nah? it’s Nah lol pizza did not have a good baked crust pretty mediocre.

They have a calzone poster on the wall, with a price. $ 3.99 I recall. I asked for a calzone and the barked response was: «We don’t do calzones any more.»
Ever thought about removing the poster?
Ordered a large supreme pizza. The toppings were a little skimpy, but the garlic butter crust was good. When I asked for parmesan cheese, the guy behind the counter produced a plastic jar of parmesan which he sprinkled on the pizza. Maybe he was afraid of a grab-​and-​run parmesan cheese robbery — he sure guarded that thing like it was valuable.
The TV blasting too loud was a minus. No-​one was watching.

Their pizza used to be delicious I don’t know what happened… the dough taste like cheese itz in a bad way, dry, and cheese was lumpy. One of my slices had a sticker on the bell pepper.

Yay! I’m a fan! I love supporting local businesses and finding hole in the walls (although this probably wouldn’t really qualify as one since it’s in a busy commercial plaza on a very busy street). They don’t have XL pizzas, but they have «giant» pizzas. Ordered 3 giant pizzas (everything without onions, hawaiian with jalepenos, and a meat lover’s); all about $ 14 each. Crust was nice and thick, they don’t skimp on toppings, and they were ready for pick-​up within 30 mins of calling on a Friday night around 6:30pm. I was tempted to buy a small personal pizza when I got there, but my friend stopped me from being a fat ass. If I worked around here, I could definitely see this place being a lunch favorite, I mean come on, $ 2 personal pizza?!

My review is based of customer service.
I called them at 9:05 trying to place an order and the girl told me they were closed. (Hours listed they close at 9:30). Doubting that they lied, I drove to their restaurant and walked in to place my order along with another guy. It was now 9:18 and they were still operating.
Second thing I noticed is that the lady and the guy placing the dough into the pans were not wearing any gloves, being in the food industry myself I know that hand contact should not be made directly on food being served to the customer. That’s why they are called food handlers gloves.
Otherwise pizza taste great for the price I paid.
Like many other reviews, service sucks.
