Signal Restoration Services

These guys were recommended to me after the water repair couldn’t do the abatement part. They were fast and worked around my busy schedule. Hopefully I won’t need this type of service again but if I do I know who to call.

We had a leak in our hallway caused by a rat that chewed through the air conditioning condensate pipe that we did not know about but eventually the water came down and ruined the ceiling, walls and our hardwood floors. My insurance called in signal and Brian G showed up. THANK GOD. He was at our house that night. He was professional, personable, thorough and made sure he explained all the details of what was going to happen etc. signal called me everyday to check on things and had their guys out about every day to check on the drying out process.
I would 100% recommend Signal. Brian is the man!

Do NOT Do business with this company. They are partnered with the insurance company, yes, and are sent to assess the damage and do immediate clean-​up, but they are then a bit shady on getting you sign documents, so that they are the ones that are contracted to do ALL the repairs on your insurance claim, even though you have the RIGHT to use anyone, and can probably get a better job using a non-​partnered company. They are essentially in cahoots with the insurance company to give you the least quality service, for the highest price they can squeeze out of the insurance. Steer Clear if you can avoid them
