This company decided to sell our bill to a collections agency and didn’t even attempt to collect on our bill. We called them to complain after the fact and they lied and said that they had tried to contact us but were unable to get a hold of us. I would not use this company if at all possible and look to use other alarm systems companies that have better customer service.

I’m posting on all protect your home Unilocal.Do not go with them. Fraud they don’t know they’re product. Trying to make me sound crazy, they say hello your breaking out. The didn’t leave signs had to call to get them to drop them off. I asked about a device they said they don’t have that. Ummm yes you do because my mom has ADT and that device. Find a different dealer call ADT direct. Yes I’m calling better business bureau. Im usually calm but protect nothing.

Dishonesty does not begin to describe these sleazy people. Had them make a presentation in home automation and the next thing I know they are billing me and harassing me with phone calls. The funny thing was the gut they sent was a moron and i had to ask him to leave after 10 minutrs. What a joke. Avoid there are better people to deal with.
