I HATE the dentist. Dr Y was very interested in hearing why. He genuinely listened to my answer and worked with me to make me as comfortable as possible. He talked to me and explained every procedure to ease any fears and prepare me. He even called after the procedure to make sure I didnt have any complications after the numbness wore off. He us actually the best dentist I’ve ever had. Also, the staff in the front are always nice and friendly.

The best dentist!!! My family love him, and as much as a hate going to the dentist Dr. Yamashiro and his staff make you feel calm, he talks to you through all the procedure. My husband and him keep up with the sports, Go Lakers!!. I have referred serval of my family numbers and friends to his office. So if you are looking for a GREAT dentist he is your man.

I have had a lot of dentists as my career has taken me around the country and Dr. Yamashiro is one of the very best. He is very careful and very considerate. He is kind and thoughtful. He explains what he is going to do before he does it which eases any stress you may have. He personally cleans your teeth and never causes me any pain. I like the fact that I know that he is thoroughly examining my teeth as he cleans them. He will work with you to help deal with insurance and billing issues, and help with the timing of your visits to make sure that you can get the most benefit from your dental insurance. If he can’t do the work he will refer you to an excellent healthcare provider. For instance, he referred me to the best specialist for root canal that I have ever had, and I have had a few to compare to. I highly recommend Dr. Yamashiro. He is an excellent dentist.

Dr Yamashiro is very gentle and thorough. The front desk lady Masako is very nice and accomodating. She speaks japanese and english. My mother also is a patient and loves the staff as they are very kind and considerate. The hygenist takes as long as she needs to clean my teeth. When I needed extensive dental work done, I received a treatment plan and watched a video presentation of the process. Whenever i go in for a check up or for a filling or crown, he explains things as he does them making me feel a little more at ease. I have had three other dentists and he takes the most time talking through the process. He never seems hurried or too busy to take care of me even when my crown fell off. The ladies are all very nice and seem sincerely concerned about the patients. Both my mother and I received a phne call from the Dr. To check up on us. Thank you!

Worst dentist.
He cut my mouth and lips during flossing not just the gum.
Screwed up on my crown and I had to come back 1month later. Not even a word for appology.
Appt desk is rude. Didnt even try to make room for my appt to make up for their mistake. Not clear about final prices.
Yet tries so hard to make you come back.
Awful.
