I would give Sierra Foot And Ankle 10 stars if I could. I have been to several podiatrists and an Orthopedic surgeon. I was in constant pain. I have spent a fortune on orthotics. Almost gave up but then found amazing Dr. Vicky. She had new orthotics made for me. I was skeptical but she was so positive. I see her every 6 to 8 weeks and she modifies the orthotics as my feet change and improve. She has a wonderful staff, we’ll run office that is clean and comfortable. THE BEST!!!

I’ve had a toe issue for years now and finally decided this past fall to have a foot doc look at it instead of my local (crappy) Urgent Care. I’m so glad I finally did.
Dr. Melhuish has a great bedside manner and is very confident in her work. i was at ease during both procedures. And, now that I’m all healed, it looks like the work was done right.
The only minor part of the experience that I wasn’t a fan of was the attempt to sell me all the extras. But, it wasn’t too pushy, thus not a big deal.
I’ll definitely use Dr. Vicky in the future if other similar issues come up.

I had my first visit at Sierra Foot & Ankle, Dr. Melhuish’s clinic and I am very pleased. I can certainly agree with the two other reviews already written. Everyone was very nice and professional and the care I received was excellent. Dr. Melhuish is a specialist in Podiatric Surgery and Medicine, is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is also a Fellow of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons. I would definitely recommend her office and I am confident in the care I’m receiving there.

Dr. Melhuish is knowledgeable, inspires confidence, is soft spoken and caring. The entire office is friendly and CLEAN and professional and efficient. Everyone is great there. I can’t recommend this doctor highly enough. It was overall a great experience. There is another podiatrist in town not even worth mentioning, and I have been there. I can’t imagine anyone would pick that one over Dr. Melhuish.

Although I’ve had some medical adventures, I’m a wimp when it comes to anything having to do with doctors.
I had a nasty side affect (from some other, unrelated treatment) that included a toe problem. It hurt, and I was a big chicken about getting anything done to fix it. Dr. Melhuish is the kindest, most understanding doctor I’ve ever seen. She was so reassuring, and I literally felt nothing when she did the work. After her procedure the problem was completely alleviated, and I haven’t had any problems again; she seems to know her stuff!
Best of all, she knew I was freaked out, so after the procedure she let me sit in that foot doctor chair thing as long as I wanted. I sat there until I was un-​freaked-​out, and she kept checking in with me until I was calmed down enough to go home.
