Came in here to check it out since I passed it on my way home from an appointment. The prices are good and they have a lot of flavors to choose from. Their back room for testing is pretty cool and laid back. They don’t really carry any name brands but they make all the vapes themselves to suit your needs which I like. Prices are great especially if you just need a small amount to get you by for a couple of days. Taking 1 star off for parking as it’s really difficult to find street parking there. Otherwise I really like this place

While the business is run by family members and all of them seem to know Vaping business, I am pretty disappointed in my purchase. I understand that this industry is over stocked with unreliable products (mods, tanks, faulty coil heads etc.) but if you take something into your store and sell it, how is, in todays marketplace 10day return policy even acceptable. I have purchased an i stick with button that started failing only week after my purchase. I did find my way back to the shop (that is Very distant to me) a few days later only to find out that if i want it fixed i need to contact eleaf! Really? Literally hundred of shops in 100 mile radius. and that’s how you make customer stay? by sending him to chinese manufacturer??? istick was my step in, my getting feet wet into higher wattage. Since I like the new experience I have purchased few more (Reuleaux, Radius on order). Have I gotten more attention from you guys I would spend my money with you but since buying from you was more or less like an online purchase… returns are a hassle I couldn’t justify supporting your shop. Don’t mind paying more for stuff if presented in a professional manner. For future just try to make your customer feel like he don’t have to shop around online. That’s the reason for existence of b&m shops. Hustle, Hussle because it’s all cheaper online, make me want to spend few more bucks for the peace of mind I’ll be taken care of should I need assistance with products that you and I both know need a lot of improvement in quality and reliability department. Want to make money for years to come stand behind your customer because they might be your neighbors your friends or people that simply rely on on your expertise., manufacturers however come and go. happy customer is forever. BTW no hard feelings about istick, just deal with eleaf yourself next time, you’ll get that customer for life :) Cheers

Found this place yesterday on my way to Wallington. Had a great experience here trying different juices with over 300 different flavors to choose from! Definitely will be bringing friends to check it out

No one deserves a bad review but this shop does .
Very un happy with the customer service.
Prices are crazy .
Got my self 3 .30ml flavors that the guy pushed on me and all those three flavors went in the trash!
I won’t ever step foot back in this shop

Everyone is super knowledgeable and helpful and super friendly. I thought my husbands pen broke and I couldn’t figure out what was wrong and I brought it back to the store and they fixed it and explained what I did wrong. Would highly recommend!

Great shop it’s a real cool hang out spot also. They have massage chairs in the back with a tv and a huge sample bar. This is a family owned business and they are as nice as it gets no douchebag service. Prices are great for authentic products.
