I went to get my wife’s iPad screen fixed. They quoted me $ 95. Then called me 2 hours later to say it was ready. I went to pick up the device but when the guy booted it up only half the screen worked; the other half was totally black. He then told me there was a «short in the LCD» cable at it would be an additional $ 85 to fix the screen. I argued that the screen worked perfectly when I dropped it off. Now, the crack was fixed but only half the screen worked!
I left the ipad for 2 days for them to work on it and they called me stating it would cost $ 180 to pick it up. I went back to the store in a rush and asked to pay $ 150. They flat out refused and the guy who «fixed» the screen was not even there. I paid for the scam with a vow to never return and warn everyone I can to NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Bad service, terrible business practices, total disregard for fairness, and zero accountability. STAY AWAY!

Listen to the previous review! Horrible customer service and cannot even pull off the job. Took my cracked phone, they «fixed» it. Two days goes by and the screen is popping up. If I can’t find my receipt I’ll be forced to pay $ 80 once again to fix a problem that shouldn’t have even occurred. Avoid at all cost.

Deserves «0» stars. STAY AWAY. My daughter took her cracked iPhone in to get it fixed and they gladly took her $ 75 (plus tax). However, 4 days later when the new cover popped off and cracked, they refused to do anything… other than give me $ 5 off having them repair it again. We were told that the cracked screen voided the warranty… but it was their fault! Horrible repair. Worse customer service. If this review scares away just one potential customer, it has served its purpose.
