Top notch doctor. Dr Brad is GREAT! But customers are a bother to the little girl up front. Call ro see if your glasses are in, she lies and doesn’t check, then someone else tells you«sure, we’ve got em». She stops talking to you about the appointment you’re scheduling to talk to other people, leaving you standing there. I hope this gets fixed soon.

I don’t understand the bad reviews! I’ve always had a great experience here! Being a person that is super sensitive about people messing with my eyes… The entire staff has always been incredibly patient with me and have always gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Ask for Dr. Brad. He’s hilarious! And surprisingly has a great sense of style! I ended up loving the pair of glasses he suggested! Thanks Garland Family Eye Care! Till next time! :)

I love the eye doctor. I dislike the office support staff. They have zero to very little customer service at all. I went to my annual checkup and paid for it. I asked if I would get my contacts and the lady said, «Since you picked up contacts from your previous prescription two weeks ago. You won’t get one now. Just call us when you’re done with those.» So I went my way. One month later, I called to order contacts and they informed me that they gave me my one year supply during my recent eye check up. I explained to them what they told me and they rudely say, «well, it says here that you paid for it.» I asked them if I could order another set since I did not and am willing to pay for it. The lady said«we’ll order it and call you when it’s ready.» Took them a week and a half to call back. Never again.

I went there for a few years, There was an office worker there named Keve. When I fell on hard times, they would do nothing to help me out. I wasnt expecting anthing for free. I paid cash for my eye exam to get new contacts. When I asked for a starter kit, that has the solution and a holder inside. She said«I’m sorry, those are for new customers»… So new customers get a kit with solution and a customer who has been with you and stayed with you for at least for years gets nothing. I never went back, and this is why
