Looks like orders and food are consistently incorrect here. Cold fish, wrong sides. Spoke with Glen the «GM» who ensured that they would fix the error. Go in to have the food replaced and meet Marilyn, who is evidently the spokes girl of the restaurant who has zero customer service skill, no candor, frankly no sense. Long story short, if you want to be treated like dirt by the employees and the GM, did I mention the «corporate trainer» that stood there watching the actions of this crew? And if you want cold food, and incorrect sides golden chick jupiter garland is the place to go. Business lost permanently. Golden Chick Corpoate, ypu allay want to get involved because it is YOUR REPUTATION on the line for these people’s actions. Since 1985, treating customers like dirt in 2016. Despicable! 1 star, ONLY BECAUSE ZERO IS NOT AN OPTION. FYI

My husband went in on a Sunday and picked up food, and we didn’t have any rolls and we paid for a family meal, so I called and spoke to a manager name Drama, she said bring your receipt in and we will redo your meal, I said okay, I went up there yesterday with my receipt mind you like she asked, and a cashier Michelle came to the front and I told her what I was told about my receipt and she took about 15 mins in the back then called the manager, and she said the manager Drama told her they would give me on my next order. I’m OMG we spend $ 25 – 45 bucks when we visit here, why would I come back up there for rolls. I will start spending my money somewhere were its appreciated. Customer Service horrible, this is not the first bad experience at this location my order has been wrong on numerous occasions. I would not have went back up there to spend more money to get some free rolls, its called time and gas not rolls. Insult to injury the cashier laughed and said that’s a lot of free chicken… Thanks

They need to test whether their food is made right or not. Somedays the tenders will have flavor and other days like today, they have no taste and a waste of $ 7.

Hasn’t gotten my order correct once, I don’t know why I keep thinking the next time it will be. Staff is friendly but they just keep either forgetting my sauce or give me fries instead of mashed potatoes! Called the manager to let her know and got a half assed apology and an insincere «next time you come in, you want free potatoes» NO!!! There won’t be a next time, sorry, figure out how to get everyone on the same page, communicate, and bag the orders correctly. Seems like a lack of training or caring about what the customer wants. Really frustrating because I love chicken! I’ll drive farther to Chicken Express where I get what I order

Too salty! Couldn’t taste the food at all. Everything just tasted like salt. Especially the dirty rice but also the chicken. Maybe some people like that but we ended up throwing it all away.

My fifth time at this location and they got my order wrong again. OMG! I have gone through the drive-​thru three times and inside twice to make sure my order was taken correctly. Every single time they have either forgotten parts of my order or got something completely wrong. I mean this is completely ridiculous.
The food is really good but the people taking orders and preparing the food are completely clueless. I blame management for a poorly trained staff. They can’t get this many orders wrong without improper training.

Amazing. Cheaper than most chicken places, but doesn’t taste cheap by any means. Few ice cream?! Yes! Chicken is amazing!!! AMAZING!!! Brings around rolls whenever people are eating like Spring Creek BBQ. Yes! Seriously I love this place. Thank you, Golden Chick! THIS WAS THE BEST! I really recommend this place, guys!

Friendly, attentive staff, mediocre food. Fried chicken was heavily breaded, greasy. French fries were tasty, but not hot. Cole slaw was dry and bland. Fried okra had a thick breading that more closely resembled a plastic product that a foodstuff. I may return to try the baked chicken or catfish and other sides.

This place has mac and cheese which is like the only thing they have over chicken express. I think th e y are ok their tenders and very crispy but the rolls are good. I guess if you’re really into chicken tenders then give it a shot, but if you’re looking around then I would suggest something else. But the cool thing about this place is that they have a patio so that’s kind of cool :)
