I really like James Avery charm bracelets. My wifes is full. We are now working on the nieces.
I have never had an issue with getting the charms put on. The customer service has always been excellent.
Parking at Firewheel can be a pain but the shop has little to do with that.
I may start a gold bracelet for my wife!!!
Tip: My sisters got involved with filling my wifes bracelet. Its very cool that she has a bracelet with charms from sevral family members. It makes the gift a treasure.

i love james avery christian craftsmanship jewelry. however this was the worst experience ever encountered there. staff is pushy and extremely rude.

This silver really is the BEST! The customer service is stellar, and the way everything is set up makes the shopping easy. I went in with my sister (we both had gift cards) and we spend less than 30 minutes browsing, trying on jewelry, and making our purchases. I love my new ring!

The quality of service was exceptional. The young lady who helped us was knowledgeable about the products and quite helpful by suggesting several options that may work for our locket search. We appreciated the relaxed sales approach.

We decided to make a random pop in following our brother birthday dinner at Flying Fish.
It was like walking into a happy little ‘frigerator from the hellacious heat outside. It was so cold and smelled so clean in there. Much enjoyable.
At this point I had not decided what to get the little (16 year old, almost 6 foot tall) brother so I was pleased when I was informed he had been wanting a cross necklace. JACKPOT.
So we pick out the cross he wanted to try it on and asked the lady, Rhona, to get it out for us.
She was SUPER sweet and let him try on a whole handful of chains and was not even bothered by the fact that he couldnt decide on which one he wanted. She also didnt care that he is a slightly dirty 16 year old boy. Sweet! Props to her.
In the end, we made a great selection, even though my mother said it was a bit gaudy. It was perfect for him!
Was a good visit!
