Scheduled a move with them 2+ months in advance. Confirmed it the day before. Hours before my move, they LEFT A VOICEMAIL that, oops sorry we can’t make it because something came up. I couldn’t sleep that night because they left me stranded without any further assistance! This was the worst thing a mover has ever done to me. Buyer Beware — this company will bump you at the last minute for another better offer! I went with GREENOX, they did a fabulous job and I highly recommend them to anyone! They will need to change the name of their company soon!!!

LETTHISBE A WARNING. A horrific moving experience; damaged furniture with $ 100 settlement. No completed paperwork from drivers but yet it is our fault they damaged our furniture and our fault we don’t have completed paperwork. BECAREFUL. COVERYOUROWNASS. We paid drivers $ 100 tip and received a $ 100 settlement letter for all our damages worth over $ 2000.00. This is documentation of our horrifying experience with Movers Connection movers on June 27th, 2015. If Movers Connection wishes to have a reputable reputation then we would highly suggest serious consideration into why and if these individuals need to represent your company. It was as if they had never moved and did not have the strength mentally or physically to care or work. Especially the main driver/mover, which we believe went by the name of Sam. My husband Tim Sperry spoke with Eric several times during our experience on June 27, 2015(he is very familiar with the situation). First, movers arrived an hour late due to going to deliver to location instead of pick up location. Movers arrived in a rented Enterprise truck(not marked with moving company, hired hands and a truck off street); uprofessionally honked outside in apartment parking area. Primary mover stayed on phone a majority of the move while trying to carry items at the same time, for about 1 ½ to 2 hours of the move the primary mover/driver walked and paced and took a «break»(did nothing). Primary driver Move took four unnecessary, grueling and painful hours while customer moved a good portion of the items themselves and assisted since the move was going so slow. Movers tried to place back of dryer with vent against leather couch; leather couch would have been punctured if customer had not grabbed the dryer and hollered at movers to get a moving blanket to put in between the two items. Nothing was protected, absolutely NOTHING was wrapped, or protected with blankets. Don’t let the pictures fool you! Properly sealed totes were drugged down stairs and up very roughly and not in a professional manner. There were items broke in the totes but nothing of huge value. When the movers completed the move, we were in disagreement for their behavior and husband refused to sign paperwork The movers did not have the form filled out with our name, move from and to address… nothing. They had slammed the back door on truck and wouldn’t let us get up into the truck, nor suggested kindly we do so to make sure all items were out of truck. The one mover driver wouldn’t even help us look at the paperwork and went and got in truck as if to take off. One of the other movers didn’t even try to explain paperwork, communicate with us on move or anything. These guys were extremely inexperienced and sincerely it seemed as it was the only day they had worked for any moving company much less Movers Connection. The whole move was a horrific experience.
