Positives: Clean, safe and well maintained.
Negatives:
1. You have to get out of your car to open the gate to enter, and then get out of your car again to punch in the code to exit, because the owners have placed the code boxes where you can’t reach them from your car.
2. Rates continue to increase at a pretty steep rate
3. If you don’t get out by 9pm, you are stuck there all night. Seriously! You can leave, but your car can not. And they give zero margin of error so if your clock doesn’t line up with theirs, too bad. Also, 9pm is too early, especially if you’re moving.
4. If you have an inside unit, you’ll have to prop the outside door open with something as the doors don’t have anything to keep them open.

Amber and Jason are very courteous, professional and provide superior customer service. I feel that my space is well secure in their capable hands and they are very accommodating and helpful.

This is an older facility but it is clean and well maintained. I was a little nervous because the price for this location was lower than some of the other locations but after checking out the place I realized there was no reason to worry. The neighborhood around it is decent middle-​class brick homes and it is less than a block off a major street.
The service here was great too. Amber called couple days before my move-​in date to confirm the time and size of the unit I had reserved online. She happened to be working when I came to move-​in and got us taken care of very quickly.
I’m very happy I didn’t pass this place by without checking it out.

I know– what can you really write about a storage place? I mean the whole purpose is to take stuff there and then not worry about it again for a long time. I agree-​which is why I love this storage place.
I am apparently an «out of sight out of mind» kind of guy to the extreme. In the five years I have had a space here I have only remembered on my own when the bill was due a handful of times. Luckily, the very friendly staff here always calls to remind me 2 days before it is due. They are always very cheerful and never seem to mind that I have yet again forgotten my due date. They also have come to know the family and always ask about them when they call! Very nice.
I also like that they seem to have a more discerning class of thieves that frequent their establishment. There was a break in quite awhile back (before they required everyone to change to much safer «BURGLAR PROOF» locks) and the thieves broke into my unit. I can only imagine that they had a good laugh amongst themselves and then pitied the poor person who would store this crap. Not a thing was taken.
There has not been a break-​in since and with the new locks I feel very safe using this location for all my storage needs!
