Starbucks

This location is very convenient for me on my way to work. I’ve been a long time customer since this location was built. But they’ve gotten my last 5 orders VERY wrong. When I call to speak to a manager, they’re all very sweet and respectful, but nothing is done. The employees at the drive through are apparently deaf since the drink they hand me is so far from what I ordered. Who hears «venti soy French vanilla latte»…and hands the customer a Peppermint Mocha?! This location has terrible service, and in my experience… they will definitely get something wrong.

This place rocks! Baristas at the drive thru are always friendly and they are quick! They make my morning everyday! I’ve tried the starbucks down the street and every time I do I regret it! The only thing is sometimes the traffic sucks but that’s not their fault!

Staff is friendly and drive through generally flows pretty steady at this location. I stop through a few times a week and always have a pleasant experience.

You every day Starbucks with a drive thru, clean with nice people. They are pretty darn quick at getting your order out but go inside of you want it correctly. I unfortunately have had to run back inside after leaving the drive thru for small but annoying errors. First time no Carmel and no whip cream-​mixed up order. Second time my passion tea lemony was lemonade-​less. But my experience walking in has been great.

I actually have always had a good experience in this location. It gets really packed drive thru because is close to hwy, so be ready to wait over 10 mins for your coffee

Don’t listen to the naysayer below, this place is great and the barista was obviously just having an off day. We all do! Go & check it out, not much else in garland to stop for ;)

I waited to write this review. I thought «there is no way they can get it wrong for the fourth time». Well I was proven wrong.
The drive thru is admittedly convenient. The actual grounds are clean. The employees were friendly.
But they will not get your order right.
4 separate visits, same drink each time. All handed through the window incorrectly.
When I ask for 2%, that is what I want — not whole, not soy, not skim.
When I ask for Splenda, that is what I want — not Sweet’N Low, not stevia, not sugar and for crying out loud not with «classic» syrup.
I tried. 4 times I tried. None of which was met with success. In the grand plan, an incorrect coffee order is insignificant. But this is exceptional. This is like going for the cycle in baseball. But not in a good way.
I will still keep my gold membership (what privileges?) but this store is now off my radar.
