I really dislike this place. My A/C just went out and have been waiting all day for a maintenance person. It is Sunday and they usually have someone on call but here is my frustrating with this place. I called the after hours number to get a update on my service request(most if not all apartments usually consider your A/C out as a priority especially this time of year when it’s 106 degrees outside) when I get ahold of someone in the office they said nothing they could do besides to put in another request. I was like what good would that do and the dude said it probably wouldn’t do any good… really? ?? Just make somewhat of an attempt at customer service and give me some help. These apartments so far have been okay. Definitely the nicest we have lived in. We’ve only lived here a few months and not much has bothered me. The gate is usually always stuck open so paying for gate remotes which they say is required was a complete waste. The valet trash doesn’t pick up Friday and Saturday nights which seems inconvenient to me. The covered parking pay is ridiculous and half of the spots in front of my building are usually empty, probably because of how much they cost. I agree with the other review about how low quality the flooring is, walls too. Any slight step from above or door closed next door is definitely heard. The maintenance has been fantastic. Very friendly and has handled all of my requests within a few days of me submitting it. We had to push our move in date back about 4 days which somehow added an extra $ 30 a month to our rent which I don’t understand but I have heard of that happening at other apartments as well. Overall the apartments are nice, well maintained, our neighbors friendly, and I love that there’s two gyms and four pools. The walking trail that runs behind the apartments is also very nice to have. I hope the rest of our lease goes well even though we won’t probably stay here longer than our year lease but they’re not bad!

The worst apartment complex I have ever lived at. Some of the people that work at the office are nice but management SUCKS!!! Trash valet that you pay monthly for is ridiculous because half the time your trash doesn’t even get picked up. The gate most the time doesn’t even work so if you don’t have a garage key then it will take a while before you can go in or whenever someone is leaving you can try to drive in before the gate closes. Renting the clubhouse is a rip-off it costs $ 250 to rent with a $ 1000 deposit they will try to steal from you falsely claiming you damaged or destroyed the clubhouse. They will also go to the extent to lie and say they have surveillance so they can try to screw you but really it doesn’t work, i’m not that dumb. They will also damage the window to your car by putting a huge sticker that says registration is expired and we will tow your car, when it really isn’t but the people sticking it were too dumb to carefully comprehend the date written. But anyways what is it any of anybody’s business that my registration is expired really!?? The maintenance guy that came and fixed everything was probably the only good thing in the apartments he was awesome and I feel bad for the man for working at such a crappy company. The floors to the apartment sucks!!! Our 3 year old daughter would just walk across the apartment and the people that live below us would start banging telling us to quiet down when really it’s not us its the cheap quality of the floor. You can only sign up for verizon tv & internet so that’s something else to look out to. Last but not least,(ofcourse this is only some of the stuff theres plenty more) but this last thing is the worst thing. Management never informed me of a walk-through when handing over my keys so after I handed over keys and moved in to my new place I get a phone call 3 months later from a collectors agency!!! I was fuming and outraged that these imbeciles hadn’t even tried to contact me via email or phone to let me know I had to pay for some«damages»(like the holes for curtains) and guess what? If I don’t pay immediately they will forward my info to the credit bureau and they will screw my credit that is amazing all because these idiots don’t have the decency to call clients and let them know of pending payments. When I called to complain the person on the phone was extremely rude and told me it was my responsibility really??? You want me to call your complex after moving out to make sure I don’t have anything pending? Clearly I don’t since i gave my keys to you guys and that was that. Anyways my heart is full of rage from these imbeciles that think they are superior to others! I do not recommend these apts stay away until some decent company buys them out and they get new management!!!

We loved this apartment when we first moved in. It had everything we needed at the time. We have been here about two years. but we are looking in to something newer and closer to my husbands work. if looking, they do have… * Brunch every other Sunday very good. * You can rent DVDs for free.(they get new ones ever month i think.) * other activities for residents. * 5 pools and 2 hot tubs.
