Paradise Pools and Spas is by far the best customer service we have ever experienced. We have a new baby and although time is short, we have spent a lot of time shopping around to find good, trustworthy pool and spa technicians since we moved to the area. We had already heard from a few friends that this company was who to call, but after trying them out for ourselves, we now know that what we heard was true and that Wayne truly cares about his customers. It doesn’t matter if you’ve known him for 10 minutes or 5 years. We were very impressed with his knowledge as well as the level of concern he showed when it came to our spa as well as our pool. He and his company are not the type to try and sell you something you don’t need. He recently came to replace a pump that had gone bad in our spa. While he was here, he installed the new pump in a timely manner and also gave us valuable and cost-​effective advice on what needed to be done with our pool liner when he got through. We will definitely be referring our friends, family and anyone else who asks to this company! Great job guys!

I was in the market for a hot tub and found Wayne and company at Paradise Pools and Spas through Craigslist. I am glad I did. Wayne is knowledgeable about all the different spa brands and essentially the history of the industry since he has been in it for over 20 years.
They have new tubs and certified pre-​owned tubs for sale. The pre-​owned tubs are thoroughly inspected and serviced (if needed), then they are tested to make sure they work. Wayne backs them with a 90 day warranty so, you can have some piece of mind when buying a pre-​owned tub.
Honestly, I don’t know how he does it. He offers a better plug and play Innsbruck tub at nearly $ 1500 less than a somewhat comparable Sunrise Spa at Backyard Leisure. Wayne took the time to show me his different spa lines and how they are manufactured. It’s obvious in dealing with him that he cares about what he carries and sells.
That being said, I was looking at a used Hot Spring Jetsetter tub that he had offered on Craigslist. The price was in the range of what I wanted to spend and the tub is in great shape considering it was manufactured in 2002. Both he and Brandon took the time to go over the details of tub, the features and overall construction, etc.
I ended up with the tub and I got it with delivery (85 miles from the store) and setup for less then one of Costco’s cheapest rotomolded tubs from Aquaterra (which is made by Watkins). The price also included startup chems, cover and cover valet.
As an added bonus, the guy who services them lives down the road from me.

We bought a house with a large hot tub and had no idea what we were doing with it.
They led us step by step what to do with the hot tub, how to clean it, which chemicals to use, etc. We had also looked to replace the filter at another spa place on Capital and they did not have the filter in stock and would have to order it. We checked out Paradise Pools and Spas and they had it in the store and for cheaper.
We called them a week later to replace some jets and they found them in stock and had them shipped to us (arrived in 2 days). Fantastic and trustworthy company.
