There are a ton of candy/fudge shops when walking around Gatlinburg, and I this is the one we bought from… and I’m so glad we did. I was a little concerned that it would be gross, since it’s in such a ‘tourist-y’ area, but the fudge was incredible! My husband doesn’t even like sweets very much, and he hasn’t stopped mentioning it for 2 days. We tried a half slice each of the classic chocolate fudge and the chocolate peanut butter fudge. We also bought a 20 oz bottle of soda. Our total came to a little over $ 8. But if you go to their website, they have a coupon you can print for ‘buy 2 slices and get the 3rd slice free’…Wish I would have known that before we went. The people were friendly and it was a good experience over all. Will definitely get more fudge(and use the coupon) next time I’m in the area.

Horrible service. We were looking around the shoppes in the area when it started pouring rain outside. There were about 8 of us trying to get out of the rain. We ran under the awning of the fudge shoppe. We were there for maybe 2 minutes when a bearded man behind the counter said«you guys gonna buy anything or not?!» A lady said«were just trying to get out of this rain.» He said«if you buy something I’ll let you stand there, otherwise, leave.» There was no one there to buy. No one was in line. He looked at the woman and said«have a good day.» She looked at him shocked, as if she didn’t think he was serious, he looked at her again and said slower this time, «have a good day…» I’ve never tried the fudge. The fudge may be amazing but I’ll never know because I refuse to give my money to a business with such horrible customer service.
