Horrible service in terms of following through… made an order there, came back a week later to see if it was in, and found out that they hadn’t even started the order yet.
Everyone makes mistakes, but this was not the first or second time this location had made this mistake. They’ve done this consistently. No follow through.
If they have what you want in the store all is well. If they need to order it, go somewhere else. They’ll most likely forget you right after you leave.
