Needed to ship out some Chicago food to my friends in LA or Super Bowl out there would’ve been cold to my stomach. Frank was knowledgable and helpful in his suggestion as how to best do this. I would go back again with any shipping needs.

The guy that works here during the day hours is really pissy. Always gives me attitude whenever I’m in there. Never responds when I tell him to have a good night as I walk out to leave. Acts like he doesn’t want to be there. If there’s a financial problem with the business, I’d look at the staff first.

I rented a box for almost a year at this store while trying to settle in the Chicago area. It was a difficult year and Chicago didn’t work out, but no matter how tough things got I always looked forward to checking my mail. Chris and Frank were always pleasant and courteous to me and to any customers I saw them deal with. They would already be walking to the counter with my mail when I would stop by, and even one day Chris brought my mail out to me so I would not have to get out of my car in the rain. I highly recommend their services to anyone.
