Kip was AMAZING!!! We purchased a home that was previously owned by someone with a dog and I am highly allergic to dogs. Not only was I concerned about the dog fur everywhere, there were countless stains on the carpet from Fido having his fun. Not only did all of the stains come out of the carpets(YAY!), we’ve been living in the house for weeks now and I haven’t had a single allergy issue! Kip did a great job and we plan on having him out 2 – 3 times a year to keep our carpets fresh and free of animal dander(we have cats). The service was fast too which was wonderful because I was able to get back to my day after very little time. I can’t recommend Kip enough! Thanks again!!!

I just had my carpets cleaned today, and I swear, it’s nothing short of a miracle! I NEVER thought I’d see that carpet with NO spots on it ever again, and I say that because I’ve had them cleaned several times by other companies. I have 2 dogs and 3 cats and was recently hospitalized. The pets were apparently traumatized by the change in routine or something because it was a smelly, stained mess when I came home. In about an hour, the technician had it looking and smelling as if I didn’t even have any pets! I was shocked and pleased beyond words. He was professional, friendly, and courteous, even helped me take up stuff off the floor that I got too tired to do before he got there. Do I recommend these people? Oh yeah! I won’t use anyone else.

I honestly can’t tell you how well this company cleans carpets. The price sounded awesome, so I sent an email through their online contact us form requesting someone to call me to schedule a carpet cleaning for my grandmother’s home. I did that because it was later in the evening. By 2 or 3 the next day no one had called me back so I called and explained that I would be driving over an hour to meet them there and could they call me a tad before they headed out so I could meet them as they arrived. They were suppose to arrive sometime between 11 and 12 and my phone rang at 11:15 but when I answered the call dropped. I headed out and tried several times to call back but couldn’t get through. A good twenty minutes went by and I get a text that the truck is broken down and they will have to reschedule. So I had to turn around and go home. We rescheduled for Saturday I drove out a tad before the guy showed up and told him the same thing I had told the lady on the phone, he came in and began to vacuum but as he was vacuuming we were moving furniture out of the house, as I had told him we would be doing when he arrived. He told me that he wasn’t going to have time to come behind me to vacuum in all the places where the furniture was, I told him I would be more than happy to help and vacuum after myself if he needed to start he could start in another room, he continued to argue(politely, but argue nonethe less that this couldn’t be done in the time frame he had to work with. He told me if I wanted to leave a check he could come back later. Why would I leave a check and leave my grandmother’s home open for him to return at a more convenient time for him, especially after I wasted my time the first day. I understand that things happen, but was a little irritated that they didn’t know the truck was broken down until they were already suppose to be headed out(or already at) to the house. So I told him to go ahead and do what he needed to do, obviously my appointment wasn’t his priority, because no matter how much I tried to problem solve with him, he didn’t want to try. So whether or not they actually do a good job, I can’t say, but I am a dissatisfied customer none the less. Now I have to make that drive once again to meet another company out there hoping for better luck!
