Factory Mattress – Georgetown

My husband and I went mattress shopping last weekend. We went to «the other store» there in Wolf Ranch first and while my husband was ready to make a purchase there I told him we needed to see what else was out there and for what price. We walked into Factory Mattress and left having bought a new bed. Sharon was our sales rep and she was great — not pushy but just let us do our thing hopping from bed to bed, testing them all out. In addition to getting our perfect new bed we also got a set of sheets free AND a military discount! We also loved that they are local — that is very important to us. Highly recommend this business!

We had a great experience. We chose them because they are about the only locally owned business left it seems and not a chain. (We almost went to the wrong one, there are so many around the area. They are directly next door to Best Buy in Wolf Ranch)
The lady who helped us never tried to sell us anything but instead just gave us her best advice and allowed us to take our time. Price was fair and the experience was 5 star.

Purchasing a mattress from Factory Mattress was one of the best experiences when trying to buy something that I have had. Both Jody and Sharon were helpful, pleasant and knowledgable. Then, the company’s delivery system was flawless. Wish all my purchasing experiences were as nice as this one.

It was my first time purchasing from this store, but it won’t be my last! Jody was great; he was knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with! I gave him a price range to work with and not only did he stay right on target, but I ended up with a high quality mattress. Jody just made the entire transaction fun… and I’m excited about getting the sleep I deserve.

Orig. went to this store and spoke with Sharon. After that I had went to another mattress place that was also in Wolf Ranch. A couple days later I went back to Factory Mattress and finalized my purchase with Joe. Both Sharon and Joe were beyond patient and helpful while my husband and I tried out mattresses to see what one would fit our needs. I used this company because I did not feel like they were trying to sell me anything in a pushy manner. Also, I can say that if you have any concerns or issues you can get them taken care of quickly. Factory mattress gives back to the community, such as, Texas Baptist’s Children’s Home in Round Rock (where a friend of mine works). Good mattress, family owned, community oriented!

Some time ago my wife and I both felt that our seven year old Sleep Number bed was no longer giving us a good night’s sleep. In considering a new mattress we originally visited a competitor’s store and felt they were more interested in selling us their most expensive mattress, which is the first one they led us to and pushed the hardest, than in finding the mattress that was most suitable for us.
Several weeks ago while out running errands we stopped at Factory Mattress and met Robby Saul, the District Manager, who was covering the showroom that day. Unlike our experience with their competitor, Robby inquired about out sleeping habits, preferences, what we were replacing and why and then showed us a variety of mattresses that may fit our needs. The first was hardly their most expensive. Robbie took the time to explain the differences and was patient as we compared and worked through the process of elimination. Ultimately we purchased one on the higher end of the price range but did so because we found it the most comfortable, not because we were steered to it. Delivery was scheduled for the next day and was right on time.
In addition to the king mattress and pillows, we also purchased a queen size metal frame to replace the frame in a spare bedroom. Several days later when unpacking the frame I realized that they had sent a king frame. As we needed it that day, I called the store and Sharon checked to see if they had a delivery truck in the area. They did not, but said if I could stop by the store and get the correct frame, they would pick up the king frame later. As I was able to get it in the car, I returned it and picked up a queen frame. It was certainly just a minor issue but I was both pleased and surprised when Sharon told me that they would be making an adjustment to our credit card for the inconvenience. I didn’t have to ask and the adjustment was more than fair.
When we purchased the mattress Robby explained their return policy and mentioned that it often takes time to adjust to a new bed and for that reason they ask that you give it 30 days before considering an exchange. Well the first night in that bed I must have tossed and turned for, oh, 15 or 20 seconds and then it was lights out. That mattress won’t be going back.
All in all, we are very pleased with the mattress, felt we were treated both fairly and courteously by both Robby and Sharon and would definitely recommend Factory Mattress.

Before buying a $ 5000 bed I did a lot of research and shopping around. It is a hard thing for me to pull the trigger on a bed that is that expensive. Joe was very knowledgeable, personable and caring. He obviously cared more about our good sleep and the satisfaction in our new bed than he did in the sale. This was one reason I went back to buy the bed after shopping around. Most the other stores made me feel like I was buying a car. It was pushy and relentless. I will never use anyone but Factory Mattress in the Wolf Ranch shopping center every again.
When I returned to buy the bed Joe was not working but Sharon made sure I was well taken care off. She too was very helpful and kind. She made sure I got the deal Joe promised me and more.

Sharon could not have been nicer, more helpful or more patient in finding the perfect mattress for us. Then when our mattress was delivered, the delivery guys were very pleasant and very professional. Our experience with Factory Mattress couldn’t have been any better.
