One of the RUDEST people I’ve worked with. We were looking to fence our horse property, which would end up being quite a lot of fencing (planning on doing perimeter, entry way, 15 – 25 paddocks, and an arena), and this guy completely blew me off. I have a young voice, but I am the one who will be planning out the property (which I have every right to do as I am in college, not middle school) and I do own the property. So, I called, and he was very abrupt with me to begin with, and then asked, «Where is the property located». I replied, «Texas». He responded with «Well we are in Kentucky». I explained that I saw on his site he served multiple states INCLUDING Texas and so I figured they may have multiple contractors or installers. He replied, «Well, we do travel out to Texas, but what do you want, a yard fence?» and laughed. That should say enough about what a nice guy he was… He then proceeded to inform me that he doubted what we were doing was worth trip to Texas.
