I just received a dozen roses, which is a lovely thought, but I would caution anyone from ordering flowers from The Flower Box because each and every one of the flowers are already dying. They are all brown along the edges and look awful. Terrible arrangement.

Wonderful personalized service. Flexible patient and attentive service. Arrangements are always on point and they said they will fix and correct anything we are not satisfied with, but we have never had an issue. Same day delivery is available as well.

My wife and I live in California, and have been getting my Mom flowers for her birthday from the Flower Box for the last few years. Previous arrangements have been much better than this year. If my rating did not include this years flowers, they would have received 4 – 5 stars. We gave them a budget of $ 75 total, including water tubes, and delivery. So, thinking we gave them $ 60 for flowers, we thought that would be sufficient (and so did they). We saw my Mom’s arrangement this year, and we would have been much better off buying fresh cut flowers at the local HEB (grocery store) for $ 25. Service has always been nice and pleasant, and easy since all of our info is in their computer system, but the flowers were very disappointing this year.

I called this company to get some flowers sent to my wife for her birthday. I was able to order online without any problems and received a call from one of the employees immediately after to verify my address.
When the flowers arrived, my wife texted me that she loved them and sent me a picture of them because I was at work. I must say, they went the extra mile with the arrangement! It was full, vibrant and put together professionally. I’ve never had a flower arrangement look this good.
