Wish I could give 4.5 stars! The only thing I can dock this office on is wait time. It’s a lot of sitting around, which is true of any doctor I can think of. We visited Dr. Knowles and her team to get an ADHD diagnosis for my daughter, and it was 100x more complicated and involved than I expected! We not only did checklists for parents and teachers, but ear and eye exams, in-office regular weight, height, and BP checks, playful games and testing, and lots of in-depth time going over assessments. I feel very confident in their work, and as we begin behavioral therapy, I’m hopeful that this practice will help our daughter’s focus and patience! Expectations: horrible terrible no-good very bad iPad type devices that are difficult to use when you first register. Don’t even bother with the online registration, because you just redo it all anyway(plus some) on the first visit. Tiny waiting area, but there is a «playroom» wait area as well, so keep on moving back. Bring a snack– you will get hungry over a 2-hour wait. The bathroom keys are on the desk– the«B» is for boys, and the ruler is for the girls’. Parking is fine, I park on the side of the building and walk down the front steps, which lead directly to her office. You won’t know what’s going on for a couple of visits. Dr. Knowles is lovely– you can tell she is a mother and she only wants the best outcome for your child.
