Hurley Mary Margaret MD PC

Dr Hurley is a wonderful phsyician, attentive to her patients remebers you and is genuinely a very nice and warm person. Her office is a mess though, I have never ever been seen on time or anything near my appoiontment time. I have discussed it with the office staff and the Dr herself and nothing has changed. I routinely either do not get my test results or recieve them literally months after the test was taken. I have recieved another patients test results along with mine, which is also concerning. Its too bad that I will have to find another doctor but routinely waiting an hour or more is unacceptable customer service.

Dr. Hurley is the best doctor. She has a great bedside manner which is always a double plus in my book and she really does care about her patients.
The only reason I didn’t give her five stars is because her staff is the rudest staff I have ever met. They are beyond disgusting, lacking in courtesy and organization, but if Dr. Hurley wasn’t so exceptional I would NOT go to her. You can forget about refills unless you keep calling in to remind them and forget about leaving a message even if Dr. Hurley told you to. Also, if the nurse asks you what you need for prescriptions or asks you why you are coming in today you need to repeat everything to Dr. Hurley because the nurse will NOT tell her what she is supposed to. Furthermore, you will not get a letter or phone call for test results that you pay for. You have to call in time after time trying to get them. This has been my experience after years of going to her so that’s why I’m giving the heads up.
