Palm Beach Tan

I’ve been here 3 times; the first 2 times were awesome! The manager Ashley and another girl working were very kind and helpful. The spray tan booths I was in were clean and they provided free goggles, nose plugs, and lip balm (though I didn’t need any, it was still nice to have them available). But the third time I went (Friday April 24) was disappointing to say the least… I went in and the girl at the desk clearly didn’t know what she was doing. I don’t remember her name but she had very dark and long brown hair, sort of short, and tan. She couldn’t find my name on the computer which was okay but somewhat annoying. I asked for the light spray tan and she simply handed me the cartridge and told me what room to go to. No other instructions were given which was upsetting because I have no idea how to work the booths. Not only was the assistance poor, but the booth was filthy!!! I stepped in and slipped on the left over very dark spray tan that wasn’t cleaned up. The bottoms of my feet are now a very very dark brown :(After cleaning the booth myself and figuring out how to turn it on, I had my spray tan which was nice as usual. When I went back to the front desk as I was leaving, I stopped to tell the front desk to ask if there is anything I can do about my brown stained feet, but no one ever came to the desk, even after 5 – 7 minutes of waiting. I normally have a nice time at PBT but I was thoroughly disappointed at my last visit.

Ashley was amazing! I had never gotten a spray tan before and she was so helpful. It turned out beautifully and natural and I still look great 3 days later. She offered me a discount if I bought three then, and I didn’t because I was afraid I wouldn’t like it. Now I wish I had! Everyone in the store was very friendly.
Update: now over one week later, my tan has faded naturally and beautifully. I got a little splotchy around day 7 near my ankles/​feet and face, but I was dealing with a bit of sunburn and it was really not noticeable. I started exfoliating that day and now it’s day 9 and I’ve faded into my natural tan. I wen for light last time, but for the summer I think I’ll go with medium. I will DEFINITELY be back. I never thought I’d like a fake tan, and I’m really not the type to be concerned with looks, but I loved it.

Easy and convenient spray tan. Coupons and referral gifts all the time! Super friendly and helpful staff especially Lacy and Ashley. Booths are clean and provide free goggles lip balm etc. Variety of prices and packages available. Love getting my spring break on in the middle of snowstorm yay!
