An awful experience. It took 25 minutes including wash and blow dry and you could tell that little time was spent on it. Let alone that it didn’t even resemble the cut I asked for. It was crooked and I went back to ask for a refund but they wouldn’t do it they only allowed fixes for botched haircuts.

Just updating my review based on other’s that have commented. I was also part of a bridal party last year — a different bridal party than the others that have commented. We were quoted $ 65 and wound up having to pay $ 80 the day of… as several others mentioned. The bride left crying she was so upset at the way the staff there treated her. She also said her hair didnt look like it did at the trial and that she wasnt pleased. But we had no time for re-do’s. I thought her hair looked fine, but she (the bride) didnt and was too intimidated to speak up. Overall it was not a good experience.

Update: I have been contacted twice by Kelly in an attempt to alter or remove my review. The first message seemed to just bash my best friend (the bride) indicating that she was hard to work with and couldn’t be pleased. I was there with the bride the entire time, and her inquiries and comments to Kelly were gentle and genuine. My friend simply asked to not have her hair teased and Kelly threw a fit. The bride then calmly said «I am sorry. I know you are the expert and if you need to do that, I understand» and Kelly snaped, threw her hands up saying «Yes I am the expert but FINE!!» and stormed off. The second time I was contacted, Kelly wanted specific examples of why the experience wasn’t a pleasant one. I can offer several of those and mentioned one above. Kelly also snapped at one of the hair dressers curling my hair (the girl’s name was Sam) and I thought Sam was doing a great job. Kelly stopped her mid curl and said «If I want those curls to actually stay in her hair, I am going to have to do it myself. Just stop already.» And Sam just smiled and said it was nice talking to me and walked away. When Kelly curled my hair, she was not gentle, and was preoccupied, rushing, and the atmosphere was so tense and filled with drama. I would not recommend this experience to any bride or bridal party because the last thing a bride needs is stress or drama. also, like a smiliar review below, we were quoted $ 65 and were told to pay $ 80 the day of. I was also supposed to get my make up done but left and decided to do it myself because I couldn’t take the drama and I needed the experience there to end as soon as possible. On the day of a girl’s wedding, you can’t simply walk out of a bad place and go somewhere else but we came very close to it and that’s important. You do not want to feel like that on your special day. Kelly, please stop contacting me to alter my review. Take the time and effort you spend doing so and invest it into providing for your customers.

Drama drama, never again. I arrived with a laid back group that had requested special occasion hair for a wedding. In the end, we looked fine. But the process was not pleasant and even though I’m a happy– go– Lucky type, I left the salon feeling pretty stressed out. Other reviewers have raised concerns about the lack of professionalism at this salon and I agree. Clients are not just paying for a hair style… A visit to the salon is supposed to be a relaxing, client– focused experience. I felt bad for the bride. She really could have done without the snarky comments in response to her honest questions on her wedding day. It’s not like we were crazy divas. Maybe we should have been…

Went here as part of a bridal party and would not recommend it. Our hair looked nice, but the level of unprofessionalism was not worth it, particularly that which came from Kelly herself. The amount of eye-​rolling and inability to have a conversation on a professional level to hear the concerns/​needs of the client were something I have never witnessed in any other business setting before. This isn’t the way a bride wants to spend the start of what is supposed to be one of the happiest days of her life.

This place is too pricey for the services they offer. Getting your hair styled is $ 60 + and they do not even wash and blow dry it first! I liked the results, but it is definitely not the best salon I’ve been to. I would rather spend my money on a more professional salon which will do all of the services (wash/​blow dry/​use curlers) and leave my hair immaculately beautiful.
