This is a great store right outside of downtown Giddings. It looks small from the front, but actually has a lot of space and tons of fabrics. The staff is very nice and always has a big sale on Super Bowl weekend. They have a large selection of batiks, nice group of 30’s and lots of all kinds of great fabric.

Yesterday I visited All Around the Block on my way back to North Texas. I didn’t know what to expect when I arrived and saw how small the building looked from the outside, but the inside more than made up for it. The shop is absolutely packed with beautiful fabrics in every direction, from Batiks, to 1930’s and Civil War repros, and everything in between. I highly recommend it, and can’t wait to make a return trip.
