FloHawks

FloHawks came to our rescue over the weekend. Turns out our septic filter was completely clogged and that backed up the entire system. Not a pretty sight. Gary came out the first day and spent three hours digging to uncover the tanks. He worked like crazy that day and still took the time to answer all my questions about the system. After pumping the tanks, he made sure everything was cleaned up and ready for day two. Very professional and personable. Tim arrived the second day to install the manifolds. Again, very polite. He also did some extra plumbing work on the irrigation system before the manifolds were seated. This is really dirty work obviously. What also made a good impression is that both employees changed into clean uniforms and washed up before ringing doorbell at end of workday to discuss the job. The field supervisor called us at end of day one to ask how their company was doing and if we had any concerns or comments. How many companies do that anymore? Our total experience with Flohawks from the time we first scheduled our appointment to the last employee picking up the old concrete manifolds last night has been top notch. Thank you to the Flohawks team !

Called on Sunday… out on Monday. Good company. Very dependable. Used them now for 8 years.
